Traveling is usually what most of the population wants to do in life. Going beyond their comfort zones, staying out of the town during holidays, and wanting to explore the ends of the earth sounds interesting, right? But so far, time, aside from money, is the main enemy of the people who wants to travel. Their lack of time has been in the way hindering them.
While there’s an opportunity to get away with the family, grab that chance even if it takes you to the nearest city, state or country. At least, the essence of the activity has been felt and enjoyed the full time. Planning a trip requires so much of researching skills with the flights, promos, and discounts or even the must do’s and of course the perfect destination.

From the west to the east, north to the south, every country has a different race, lifestyle, religion and quality of life. Usually, the well-developed countries like United States of America, Canada, Germany and more are known to have the highest lifestyle. And often than not, they brag cities showcasing the beauty and development of the entire country.
According to the Quality of Life survey made by the Numbeo, it showed the cities in the United States showcasing the life of its citizens. From its historical sites, museums, national parks, beaches and tourist attractions to the Rocky Mountains, stunning lakes and breath-taking views, good people to great food and pleasant climate, USA is, indeed, a great place to live. With the primary purpose of helping the government and major companies appoint representatives and employees on different positions.

Strawberry Festival 2013 Floral City FL
The 26th Annual Floral City Strawberry Festival took place
March 2-3 2013 at the Floral Park in Floral City FL. It
celebrates the plump red berry that we all love and are a
staple in our lives, from jams and jellies, to shortcakes,
and on and on. The festivities ran from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
on Saturday and on Sunday March 3 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
with admission just $3.00 per person, children 12 and under
free.
To get things started off this year, a new addition to the
festival activities was added. Starting on Friday night there
was a Berries, Brew and BBQ Kickoff Party held in the downtown
square in Floral City with entertainment and lots of good
food and drinks. Many of the downtown businesses were open
during the festivities.
The festival draws crafters and vendors come from all over
the United States who display a wide variety of items that
include pottery, copper art, hand sewn items, woodcraft,
scroll arty, acrylics, photography and much more!
In addition to strawberry shortcake and other strawberry
delicacies, a variety of food vendors offered appetizing
menus that range from the traditional funnel cake to turkey
legs, mouthwatering BBQ, seafood and ice cream.
Ferris Groves once again provided strawberries for sale,
with half-flats or a full flats to take home!

The Club was started with the mission to protect manatees and their habitat. Today, Save the Manatee Club is the world’s leading manatee conservation organization.
BLUE SPRING STATE PARK
Conservation measures can produce astounding results. In 1970, two years before Blue Spring State Park was established, researchers tracked 14 manatees in the spring run. By 2005, after years of park improvements and manatee protection efforts, wintering manatee numbers exceeded 200. By 2018, that number skyrocketed to a record 485.
Besides sea cows, fish abound in the spring run, and these attract a variety of wading birds, ospreys, eagles and kingfishers. To see the park’s wonders, one can hike along the spring run or on the 4.5-mile Pine Island Trail. One can also launch a canoe or kayak, rent one at the park or take a guided river boat cruise.
Blue Spring State Park is a state park located west of Orange City, Florida in the United States. The park is a popular tourist destination; available activities include canoeing, SCUBA diving, kayaking, fishing, camping, hiking, wildlife watching, and swimming.

The Plantation on Crystal River, Florida
This episode of Florida's Best Weekend Getaways takes us to one of my favorite places, Crystal River, Florida. Crystal River is a natural spring-fed river that is amazingly clear with turquoise water.
The river is a constant 72 degrees year round due to the 5 million gallons of spring water pumped into out of the ground every day. The constant temperature is what the Manatee love so it is no surprise that it hosts one of the largest Manatee population in the world!
The Plantation on Crystal River is an old southern-style plantation that sits beautifully right on the river and also has a championship golf course as well. They have very nice rooms as well as golf villas that sleep 6. The resort also has an excellent restaurant with one of the best Sunday brunches I've been to.
Along with all of this the spa is amazing!

I highly recommend the Plantation on Crystal River for a weekend getaway! Would I steer you wrong? I don't think so!
