Ark Encounter is a creationist theme park that opened in Grant County, Kentucky on July 7, 2016. The centerpiece of the park is a large representation of Noah's Ark from the Genesis flood narrative contained in the Bible. It is 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high. Ark Encounter is operated by Answers in Genesis , a young Earth creationist organization that also operates the Creation Museum 45 miles away in Petersburg, Kentucky. This property was hit really bad by Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and again by Hurricane Wilma in 2005, and suffered damages from unimaginable amounts of flooding.
The owners have since been involved with extensive clean up and repair work to get the building back into shape. They plan to reopen soon, but have yet to announce an official date.

Only known coke oven ruins in allegheny county. Located off 5th Ave N Versailles/East Mckeesport these only come out when the leaves drop. Do not know their history, but very few coke oven operations existed in Allegheny county. Ironically, the main modern coke operations are in fact in Clairton, Allegheny county!
