Falling on the USA and Canadian border tucked just east of Lake Superior is the small but perfectly formed state of Minnesota.

Mesabi Trail: Virginia to McKinley, MN
This segment of the Mesabi Trail travels through Virginia, through Gilbert, then ends just south of McKinley, MN.
Located in northeastern Minnesota between the cities of Grand Rapids and Biwabik, the Mesabi TrailTM is a premier bicycle trail winding through some of the state's prettiest regions. When completed, the trail will travel to Ely, traversing over 145 miles and connecting 28 communities. A superior paved bike trail that is well-mapped and well-maintained, the Mesabi Trail also makes an interesting walking path.

The company's first route began in Hibbing, Minnesota in 1914, and the company adopted the name The Greyhound Corporation in 1929. Greyhound and sister companies in FirstGroup America are the largest motorcoach operators in the United States and Canada. Carl Eric Wickman was born in Sweden in 1887. In 1905 he moved to the United States where he was working in a mine as a drill operator in Alice, Minnesota, until he was laid off in 1914. In the same year, he became a Hupmobile salesman in Hibbing, Minnesota. He proved unable to sell the car. In 1914, using his remaining vehicle, a 7-passenger car, he began a bus service with Andy (Bus Andy) Anderson and C.A.A. (Arvid) Heed, by transporting iron ore miners from Hibbing to Alice (known for its saloons) at 15 cents a ride.
Mesabi Trail: Biwabik to Aurora, MN
This section of the Mesabi Trail travels around The Quarry at Giants Ridge golf course, crosses Highway 100, and loops around the lake, ending in Aurora.

Greyhound debuted a new fleet of buses with a new look and experience in Chicago.
The iconic dog gets a makeover inspired by Greyhound's rich design history, accompanied by an updated blue and silver color palette and new Greyhound script logo.
Inside the bus, riders will experience new amenities and features that allow them to:
• Stay connected with free Wi-Fi
• Stretch out with additional leg room
• Plug in and stay charged with power outlets
• Feel secure and comfortable with three-point, adjustable seat belts
New buses are currently serving the Midwest routes with a gradual roll out across North America to replace the fleet entirely.
