Huétor-Tájar is a municipality and town located in the province of Granada , in the southern Spain. It is situated 43 km west of the city of Granada, and its population in 2007 was 9,467. The municipality's extension is close to 40 km². Huétor-Tájar lies within the fertile Genil river valley, a part of the Granada depression. The main source of income is the asparagus culture and its commercialisation under the Geographical Indication Esparragos de Huétor-Tájar. The town is located near Granada, which has had a significant influence on it during the centuries.

El Caminito del Rey is a walkway, pinned along the steep walls of a narrow gorge in El Chorro, near Ardales in the province of Málaga, Spain. The name derives from the original name of Camino del Rey , abbreviated locally to el caminito. The walkway had fallen into disrepair and was partially closed for over a decade. After four years of extensive repairs and renovations, the walkway re-opened in 2015. It has been known in the past as the world's most dangerous walkway following five deaths in 1999 and 2000.

Sehr viele Touristen reduzieren diese wunderschöne spanische Stadt auf die Alhambra. Das ist jammerschade, denn die Stadt hat so viel mehr zu bieten. Da ist die verwinkelte Altstadt mit ihren gassen, der orientalisch anmutende Markt die Alcaiceria der Dom, der in seiner Pracht wohl zu den schönsten sakralen Bauwerken der Welt gehört, und... und... und.
Wenn Sie Lust haben, sich ein bis zwei Wochen im Voraus an der Alhambra anzumelden und sie zu besichtigen, dann nehmen Sie sich dafür einen halben Tag Zeit. Aber nehmen Sie sich wenigstens zwei Tage Zeit für den Rest dieser andalusischen Schönheit, die sich Granada nennt.
