This video begins and ends looking northward at the marker and its nearby border-post (i.e., from the Pennsylvania side of the border).
The camera closes in on the border-post and the two functional sides of the marker, which shows the letters P (Pennsylvania) and M (Maryland), and also looks across to another border-post further west in the same field.
The area on the Maryland side is Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area, near Elkton, Maryland.
Notice the yellow markings on the border-posts. Within the forests some trees are painted with yellow markings facing Pennsylvania to indicate where the border is between Maryland and Pennsylvania. But don't go into the forests on the Pennsylvania side this time of year, unless you are (legally) hunting.
