Iwonicz-Zdrój [iˈvɔɲit͡ʂ ˈzdruj], is a town in Poland, in Subcarpathian Voivodship, in Krosno County. It has 1,831 inhabitants . It is located in the heartland of the Doły , and its average altitude is 410 metres above sea level, although there are some hills located within the confines of the city. Iwonicz-Zdroj is one of Poland’s oldest health resorts and spas, dating back to 1578, which was famous outside Poland already in the 18th century. Bieszczady County is a unit of territorial administration and local government in Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in the extreme south-east of Poland, on the border with Ukraine. It takes its name from the Bieszczady mountain range. The county was created on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. In 2002 the western part of the county was split off to form Lesko County. The only town in Bieszczady County is now Ustrzyki Dolne, the county seat, which lies 80 kilometres south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów. Lake Solina is an artificial lake in the Bieszczady Mountains region, more precisely in Lesko County of the Subcarpathian Voivodship of Poland. Its coordinates are 49°22′27″N 22°27′8″E. The lake was created in 1968 by the construction of the Solina Dam on the San River. It has an area of 22 square kilometres and contains 472,000,000 cubic metres of water, making it Poland's largest artificial lake. It is the best known tourist attraction of the region, with waterside villages like Solina, Myczkowce and Polańczyk catering to watersports enthusiasts. Nałęczów - Stare Łazienki w Parku Zdrojowym

Stare Łazienki i Park Zdrojowy w Nałęczowie.
Założycielem i organizatorem Parku Zdrojowego, na którego terenie znajduje się część zabudowań uzdrowiska, był Stanisław Małachowski. Park istniał już w połowie XVIII w., zaś pod koniec XIX w. był powiększony dla potrzeb kuracjuszy. Przecina go szereg alei i ścieżek. Park podzielony jest na 2 części korytem Bystrej, która spiętrzona śluzą rozlewa się w owalny staw.
Drzewostan parku, starannie dobierany i pielęgnowany przez prawie 190 lat, jest chlubą nałęczowskiego uzdrowiska. Obok znanych krajowych gatunków drzew iglastych i liściastych spotyka się tu okazy flory zachodnioeuropejskiej, a nawet amerykańskiej (np. wysokie sosny-wejmutki). Na ponad 20 hektarach rosną m.in. kasztanowce, lipy, sosny i dęby, ale także tulipanowce amerykańskie, katalpy (inaczej surmie) i skrzydłoorzechy chińskie.
Park Zdrojowy, położony w centrum miasta, jest oazą ciszy i spokoju, gdzie spacerowicze mogą dokarmiać oswojone łabędzie i wiewiórki. Odwiedzający mogą także skorzystać z uroków palmiarnii i ugasić pragnienie wodami mineralnymi.

Wody z nałęczowskich ujęć – Cisowianka i Nałęczowianka - słynne są w całym kraju. W Pijalni podziwiać można freski wykonane przez lubelskiego artystę Jarosława Olejnickiego. Palmy zostały wyhodowane przez wieloletniego ogrodnika uzdrowiska Franciszka Kamińskiego.
