    Ski Cooper is an alpine ski resort in Colorado, one of the oldest in the state. Opened as Cooper Hill Ski Area 77 years ago in 1941, it now has two chairlifts , one platter lift, and one magic carpet conveyor lift. Cooper is located at Tennessee Pass, at the dividing line between the San Isabel National Forest and the White River National Forest, near Leadville. During World War II, Ski Cooper served as the training site for the 10th Mountain Division, based at nearby Camp Hale, and continues to host a Memorial Day celebration for the World War II veterans of this division.     Winter Park is a home rule municipality in Grand County, Colorado, United States. The permanent population was 999 at the 2010 census, although with 2,572 housing units within the town limits the seasonal population can be much higher. It is home to the Winter Park Resort, a ski resort. The town and resort are served by the Winter Park Express ski train run by Amtrak.
