Linesville is a borough in Crawford County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,040 at the 2010 census. The town gets its name from its founders, which included William Line , who migrated from Carlisle, Pennsylvania, circa the early 1820s, and his relative, Amos Line, who was the town's surveyor and main proprietor. Amos Line penetrated the western Pennsylvania wilderness as a member of the Pennsylvania Population Company in the early 1800s.

Best camp spot in Pennsylvania... #74 at Dewdrop Campgrounds

The best camp spot in all of Pennsylvania is at the Dewdrop campground...site #74. Camp spot #74 is a walk-in site and does require a steep decent, but the views and private nature of this spot is well worth the effort as you'll see in the video.

Dewdrop campground is located on Forest Service Road 262, which is part of the Longhouse National Scenic Byway. There is a boat launch and a short interpretive trail that follows the lakeshore at the lower end of the first campground loop. The area is located at an elbow on the west shore of Allegheny Reservoir just south of the point where the main reservoir meets Kinzua Bay. For more information, visit:

The Pennsylvania Great Outdoors region is located in the northwest part of the state, about three hours from Harrisburg. The Great Outdoors region is a big, beautiful, and wild part of Pennsylvania consisting of five counties - Jefferson, Elk, Clarion, Forest, and Cameron, each offering countless outdoor adventures and exciting things to do, see, and experience!

Pine Cradle Lake Campground Rome Pennsylvania

Sabrina and I stayed at Pine Cradle lake campground for a week and it was a wonderful time. The campground has over 200 RV sites with lots of different styles of set ups. You can be by the water with a dock or in the woods under shade, or if you prefer some sites out in the wide open. They camp ground has a splash pad for kids as well as a heated pool. A large Camp store is on site as well as boat and bike rentals. The staff is very friendly and stopped by to see if there was anything they could do to make things even better. They have a off leash dog park as well as four playgrounds. It has been the best campground that we have stayed at to date and with the nicest bathrooms by far!! Hope everyone enjoys the overview.

Hi everybody, we wanted to thank everyone for tuning in for our live stream and apologize for having to take down the recast of it. We had trouble getting a strong signal for the stream therefore the playback video was out of sync with the audio and we felt it was best not to keep it in our video library. We had a great time interacting with everyone and according to youtube we had over 250 people tune in throughout the hour. Crawford County, PA Fishing

Pymatuning Lake Park in Crawford County is the largest man-made lake in Pennsylvania. It provides excellent fishing on its beautiful waters. The Spillway at Pymatuning Lake is famous as an area where you can view ducks walking on the backs of 1000's of carp. Over fifty fishing tournaments are held on Pymatuning's waters every year.
Another great fishing area in Crawford County is Conneaut Lake. The area was established as a prime area for hunting and fishing. The lake's name means place of lingering snow in the Iroquois language. That may be true, but Pennsylvania anglers like to think of Conneaut Lake as the place of many fish.
Whether you're a serious fisherman or just out for a day of fun, you'll find enjoyment at the many stocked lakes, rivers and other fishing opportunities in Crawford County.
