During the American Civil War, the Union Army Provost Marshal's office was located in Patee House. The Army conducted war trials in the second floor ballroom. You must put this pow wow on your list to go to. It was good. The people there are so friendly. They had golf carts with trailers so that they helped us take our gear from the truck to where we are sitting! They helped us set up our shade. And the food was absolutely outstanding! There was a stand called Pai Pai Tacos and their taco plate was slammin'! One stand sold ribeyes with green chile, potato, corn and a frybread!
