The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is an aviation museum which displays a number of military and civilian aircraft and spacecraft, most notably, the Hughes H-4 Hercules, popularly known as the Spruce Goose. The museum is located in McMinnville, Oregon, across the street from the former headquarters of Evergreen International Aviation. Oregon Route 18 separates the museum from the company operations and McMinnville Municipal Airport . An IMAX theater opened in 2007, and a second exhibit hall focusing on the Titan II ICBM and space technology opened in 2008.

The Evergreen Wings and Waves Water Park is located in McMinnville, Oregon and is part of the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum complex. Wings and Waves is unique because you begin the largest water slides from inside a Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet that’s parked on the roof!!! You slide out of the belly of the plane!!!

Hotel Oregon, in McMinnville, is cool- but feels like it could be haunted! The picture of the alien hybrid kids represents the feel of the place! This is where the annual UFO Festival is centered.

I love the roof top bar, with the multi-levels and the great views of McMinnville and surrounding hills.

In the beginning of 2015 we made a roadtrip through Oregon in the USA. From the airport we went straight to Mount Hood while making a stop at places like Bridges of the Gods and Multnomahfalls. Next on our trip was Dayton and McMinnville where we tried some of the best wines at different wineries. Ofcourse Depoe Bay was on our list and there we did some whale watching and afterwards we tried Oysters in Newport. During our roadtrip we also went to Eugene and ended our roadtrip in the always lovely Portland. A place where you could stay forever, not only the atmosphere is great in the Portland and the people really nice. Also the food is amazing and you have a lot of nice places where you can chill.
