Minnetrista is a city in Hennepin county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The name Minnetrista is said to owe its origin to the Dakota language, in which minne means water and trista means crooked. The population was 6,384 at the 2010 census. Crown College is situated along Minnetrista's southern boundary in nearby St. Bonifacius.
