2. Ahsan Manzil: Ahsan Manzil is at Kumartoli, Dhaka. Kumartoli is located along the banks of the Buriganga River in Dhaka city. The Ahsan Manzil constructed as the official presidential palace of the Nawab of Dhaka city. The construction work of Ahsan Manzil started in 1859. It took approximately 13 years to complete the construction work of the Ahsan Manzil and completed in 1872. This building was constructed by following the Indo-Saracenic Revival architecture.
3. National Martyrs’ Memorial:National Martyrs’ Memorial (BengaliJatiyaSmritiSaudha) is the national monument of Bangladesh, set up in the memory of those who died in the Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971, which brought independence and separated Bangladesh from Pakistan. The monument is located in Savar, about 35 km north-west of the capital, Dhaka.
4. Nandan Park:Nandan park was inaugurated on 3rd October -2003. Nandan Park is now the country’s largest and only family Amusement Park, which is attracting a huge crowd every day.This park is specially designed for wholesome family day out amusement and the rides have been carefully chosen so that everybody in the family can take the ride without being scared.
5. Bangladesh National Zoo:Bangladesh National Zoo, is a Zoo located in the Mirpur section of Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. The Zoo contains many native and non-native animals and wild life, and hosts about three million visitors each year.
6. Dhakeshwari Temple:Dhakeshwari National Temple is a Hindu temple in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is state-owned, giving it the distinction of being Bangladesh's 'National Temple'. The name Dhakeshwari means Goddess of Dhaka.

Beautiful Places To See- The National Botanical Garden Of Bangladesh, Mirpur, Dhaka
The National Botanical Garden of Bangladesh and the Bangladesh National Herbarium make up the largest plant conservation center in Bangladesh, with an area of around 84 hectares (210 acres). It is located at Mirpur in Dhaka, beside the Dhaka Zoo. It was established in 1961. It is one of the greatest botanical gardens of Bangladesh, a knowledge center for nature lovers and botanists and a tourist destination. The herbarium has a scientific collection of approximately 100,000 preserved specimens of plants.
The National Botanical Garden, Dhaka was established in 1961 covering an area of about 84 ha of land located at Mirpur, about 10 km from Dhaka city. The garden houses nearly 50,000 species of trees, herbs, and shrubs including a large collection of aquatic plants. Many exotic plants have been introduced in the garden and acclimatized, and are routinely propagated under the local climatic conditions. Rare and exotic plant species found in the garden include Anthurium (Anthurium crystallinum), Camphor (Cinamomum camphora), Rabbit Fern (Davallia canariensis), Dambia (Dombeya spectabilis), white 'Rangan' (Ixora superba), little Mussanda (Mussaenda luteola), Amazon Lily (Victoria amazonica), 'Harhjora' (Vitis quadrangularis), African Tulip (Spathodea campanulata), Sambucuas (Sambucus nigra), white 'Chandan' (Santalum album), etc.
The garden is well planned and located adjacent to the National Zoo and provides learning and recreational facilities. The garden is divided into 57 sections, and is managed by the government through the Department of Forestry, Ministry of Environment and Forests.

A Tourist's Guide to Dhaka, Bangladesh 2019
After a nine-year gap, I fly into Dhaka, Bangladesh's chaotic and colourful capital - I even stay in the same hotel: La Vinci Hotel. After checking in, I sample a can of Hunter's Lager, with its suspiciously Foster's like can design.
The next morning, I head off outside to wander Kawran Bazaar, Dhaka's largest wholesale market. Then Rocky from picks me and we head out on a rip-roaring tour of the city. We see:

এই সব গুলো একসাথে পেতে হলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই অবশ্যই হোলা মিরপুরে যেতেই হবে। এখানে কয়েকটা মাস্ট ট্রাই ফুড আছে। বিশেষ করে ওদের পিজ্জা, এখানকার ম্যাক্সিকান পিজ্জা জাস্ট একটা ভালোবাসা। বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো পিজ্জার সাথে কম্পিট করার টেষ্ট এই পিজ্জার আছে, সো এটা মাস্ট ট্রাই আইটেম। সাথে আমি ট্রাই করেছিলাম ওখানকার সালাড স্যান্ডউইচ আর চিকেন তন্দুরি বিরিয়ানি, সবগুলো আইটেম এত্ত জোস ছিল!! বাকিটা আর বলবো না, আপনারা দেখে বুঝে নেন :)
