The park has an area of 82.86 square kilometers and was established on 20 January 2006 to protect low wetland ecosystem in the region. Fauna and flora found here include mangrove, snake, turtle, bird, amphibian.

Traveling Alone in Vietnam: Ca Mau in 1 day by myself.
I only had one day to explore Ca Mau city and its famous cape. I traveled by boat to reach the tip and then hung out with a bunch of dudes drinking for lunch and then visited the homes of local people who live in the mangrove forests. What an awesome way to travel south Vietnam. The end of the day was capped off with a visit to a stork sanctuary to see the birds.

►Bắt đầu buổi sáng ở Phú Yên bằng món bánh hỏi lòng heo. Bánh hỏi được quết một lớp dầu hẹ,loại hẹ lá nhỏ của người miền Trung. Lòng, cật, gan,... được xếp đều lên trên và dọn cùng với chén cháo nóng hổi. Kẹp bánh hỏi cùng một miếng lòng chấm vào chén mắm tỏi ớt chua ngọt. Bánh hỏi thơm hẹ cùng lòng giòn dai, húp một ngụm cháo nóng hổi là đủ đầy cho năng lượng cho một ngày khám phá cao nguyên Vân Hòa.
►Cao nguyên Vân Hòa cách Tp Tuy Hòa khoảng 45 phút xe máy. Nơi đây còn được người dân gọi là Đà Lạt của Phú Yên, thời điểm mình đến Vân Hòa thì không khí khá mát mẻ, giống như đang ở Bảo Lộc, chứ không lạnh như ở Đà Lạt.
►Mình ghé vào tham quan vườn cây đỏ, ở đây có rất nhiều nhà trồng loại cây này, mọi người có thể vào tham quan, có vườn mất phí, có vườn miễn phí. Những cây đỏ bắt mắt với chi chít quả, từ gốc đến ngọn, làm kích thích những đứa thèm chua giống mình. Ngoại hình của quả cây đỏ rất giống dâu da ở miền Tây, nhưng vỏ dày hơn, khi chín quả chuyển từ màu nâu tím sang màu đỏ tươi. Ngồi trò chuyện với chú Bốn Phương và nghe chú chia sẻ về cây đỏ và những cây ăn quả khác trong vườn, mình được cô chú mời ở lại ăn cơm trưa bằng những món ăn đặc sản của địa phương.
Mắm thơm là sự kết thơm giữa mắm cá cơm, trái thơm và ít muối biển, ủ trong lọ sành, thường được người dân địa phương sử dụng để ăn sống hoặc kho với gà, enzym trong miếng thơm làm cho miếng thịt gà thêm mềm hơn và có mùi vị lên men đặc biệt.
Còn lá dít là một loại cây mọc nhiều ở vùng núi này. Lá dít có nhiều đặc điểm giống lá giang, nhưng khi nấu chín có vị chua thanh và mềm hơn.
Mâm cơm với món gà nấu mắm thơm và canh chua lá dít trong những ngày se lạnh, chèn ơi, hao cơm quá chừng.

Hoàng Su Phì, một trong những nơi hiếm hoi sở hữu ruộng bậc thang đẹp nhất Việt Nam mình. Là một huyện biên giới nghèo của tỉnh Hà Giang giáp ranh với Trung Quốc. Hàng năm khoảng tháng 10, trước lễ cúng lúa mới, cả nơi này sẽ phủ lên một màu vàng rực của ruộng bậc thang đến mùa thu hoạch.
Nơi Khoai giới thiệu với mọi người ngày hôm nay chính là Bản Phùng, trái tim của Hoàng Su Phì, tự cảm thấy bản thân vô cùng may mắn, vì đã có mặt tại đây suốt 3 ngày đẹp nhất mùa lúa chín, đó cũng là lý do Khiến nơi này trở nên đặc biệt, vì không những đường đến vô cùng khó khăn, hiểm trở, nếu lỡ đến sớm hơn chút hoặc trễ hơn vài ngày, thì cảnh sắc cũng bớt đẹp đi ít nhiều.
Chủ yếu nơi này là bà con người La Chí sinh sống. Ruộng ở đâu thì mọi người xây nhà ở đó chứ không sống tập trung thành bản làng như những dân tộc khác. Người La Chí và người dân ở đây tin rằng, rừng là thứ giúp giữ lại nguồn nước, vậy nên họ luôn có ý thức giữ gìn và bảo tồn những cánh rừng trên đỉnh núi hoặc dọc những khe suối.
Hôm nay Khoai cùng hai cậu nhóc người La Chí sẽ dẫn cả nhà mình tham quan một vòng vùng cao. Tụi mình sẽ vào suối nướng gà đen đặc sản cùng hạt mắc khén. Hy vọng cuộc gặp gỡ tình cờ giữa mình và 2 cậu nhóc sẽ mang lại niềm vui nho nhỏ cuối tuần cho mọi người.

Some 1,600 islands, thick with greenery, form a maze of channels in the azure waters off northeastern Vietnam. Although people have lived in the region of Ha Long Bay for thousands of years, most of the islands remain uninhabited. But these coves and natural towers are rich with wildlife. For centuries, this spectacular seascape has inspired wonder.
The name Ha Long, Vietnamese for “descending dragon,” is reflected in a legend: Once, when the Viet people faced invasion, a dragon flew down from heaven to their defense. The creature sprayed not only fire, but also jewels that became the green archipelago.
The scientific explanation for the rock formations, known as karst, is also amazing. For millions of years, seashells and sediments fell to an ancient seafloor, forming solid rock. Tectonic activity raised the resulting limestone above water. Rainfall and rivers dissolved exposed rock, and carved valleys that flooded after the last ice age, creating this rare example of a karst field at sea.
Features include lakes and caves through the islands, and notches and tunnels where seawater has worn at the pillars' foundations. The fantastic landscape also continues into two adjacent national parks, on Cat Ba Island and Bai Tu Long Bay.
You can go kayaking, caving, or even take a ride in a seaplane to experience the grandeur of these enchanting tropical islands.
