Nantucket is an island about 30 miles by ferry south from Cape Cod, in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. Together with the small islands of Tuckernuck and Muskeget, it constitutes the Town of Nantucket, and the conterminous Nantucket County. As of the 2010 census, the population was 10,172. Part of the town is designated the Nantucket CDP, or census-designated place. The region of Surfside on Nantucket is the southernmost settlement in Massachusetts. The name Nantucket is adapted from similar Algonquian names for the island, perhaps meaning faraway land or island or sandy, sterile soil tempting no one.     The Warren First Congregational Church-Federated Church is an American historic church building, located at 25 Winthrop Terrace in Warren, Massachusetts. The Victorian Gothic wood frame building was constructed in 1875 for a congregation that was the first in Warren, dating to the 18th century. This church was built on a site to which the second meetinghouse had been moved in the 1830s, after the church and government separated the use of facilities. The 1797 building was destroyed by fire in 1874. The church was designed by Amos P.
