It has the sites, sounds, and variety of a city but maintains the feeling of a town with the friendliness of the people. You may run into a few that may not be having the greatest day of life, but for the most part, people will greet you with a smile. Of course if you smile at them. They may even say How are ya. Again, most of the time.
