Nesbit is an unincorporated community in DeSoto County, Mississippi, United States. Nesbit is approximately 7 miles south of Horn Lake, approximately 9 miles south of Southaven and approximately 5 miles north of Hernando near U.S. Route 51 and Interstate 55. Legendary rock and roll pianist Jerry Lee Lewis has resided at and maintained a ranch in Nesbit since the mid-1970s.
