Krabi is a beautiful and relaxing place and its capital, Krabi Town, is an interesting little town. It has plenty of restaurants, shopping and nightlife, some great hotels and resorts, and it's an ideal place to base yourself to explore the Krabi islands and the rest of Krabi Thailand. There is plenty of nightlife with nightclubs, International & Thai restaurants and bars, and you’ll find a different night market open every night of the week. One of the things Krabi Town is best known for is its Krabi Walking Street Night Market which is open every weekend. You’ll find a huge range of delicious Thai food and Thai cuisine in any Thai restaurant in Krabi Town and there’s loads of awesome Thai street food outside on the streets and at the markets. There are loads of Krabi tours you can do from there: kayaking, island hopping, rock climbing, temples, national parks, waterfalls … Krabi has it all! Krabi Town is about 15 minutes from Railay Beach, 50 minutes from Koh Phi Phi Island and 2.5 hours from Phuket by boat; or 20 minutes from Ao Nang and 2.5 hours from Phuket by road or sea.

Chiang Mai chỉ lạnh vào cuối năm, chứ mùa hè nắng nóng dữ lắm nha mọi người!
Hôm nay Khoai sẽ dẫn mọi người tham quan những ngôi làng của người Mông gần Chiang Mai, nằm ẩn trên ngọn nói Doi SuThep. Trên đây có đến 2 ngôi làng, một ngôi làng ở lưng chừng núi dành cho du lịch, và một ngôi làng trên đỉnh núi vẫn còn khá hoang sơ. Khi tham quan cung điện mùa hè hay chùa Wat Phrathat, mọi người nếu có thời gian thì nhớ chạy lên đây tham quan nha. Khoai thích ngôi làng trên đỉnh núi hơn vì nó dễ thương, và ít bị du lịch hóa. Đặc sản trên đây cũng không quá nhiều, mùa lạnh thì có dâu tây, cây đèn lồng, Khoai lang ăn sống (ở Việt Nam mình hiếm thấy hơn, gọi là khoai sâm, nhiều ở Lào Cai, Yên Bái, nhìn như khoai lang nhưng ăn y chang củ sắn, củ đậu lai mía).
Địa chỉ quán Khoai ăn và uống cà phê trong clip: RWR2+FQ Don Kaeo, Mae Rim, Chiềng Mai, Thái Lan. (cạnh nhà có vườn rau và vườn dâu, nhưng cũng tùy mùa mà cô trồng loại cây khác nhau)

Tại Varanasi, các tín đồ Hindu giáo tập trung ra bờ sông để cúng viếng đức mẹ tối cao, với các tín đồ cho rằng được tắm ở dòng Hằng giúp rửa sạch tội lỗi và được chết ở sông Hằng sẽ giúp thoát khỏi vòng luân hồi sanh tử và ngọn lửa thêu những xác chết đã luôn cháy trong suốt hơn 5000 năm qua. Nữ thần Ganga chính là vợ của thần Shiva.
Cũng tại nơi này hơn 2500 năm trước, Đức Phật đã giảng pháp Tứ Diệu Đế đầu tiên cho Tăng đoàn đầu tiên giúp luân chuyển bánh xe Pháp luân.
Tại Varanasi có 2 nơi thiêu tử thi lộ thiên và các Ghuat xung quanh để cúng tế và tắm rửa tội. Đàn ông khi chết được xếp nằm ngữa và đàn bà được xếp nằm sấp. Những người chết do tai nạn hoặc tự xác sẽ bị thuê bằng lò điện.
Phụ nữ không được tham gia vào việc này, nhằm tránh xuất hiện những giọt nước mắt. Người ta quan niệm, nước mắt sẽ làm linh hồn người chết vấn vương, khó dứt bỏ trần thế để siêu thoát. Thậm chí trước đây đã xãy ra tình trạng phụ nữ nhảy vào lò thêu để tự xác vì không kìm chết được xúc động.
Trong lúc hỏa thiêu, các thầy tu với trang phục áo vàng sẽ làm lễ cầu nguyện, với mong muốn linh hồn của người chết nhanh chóng buông bỏ được thân thể mà về nơi cực lạc.
Đội thiêu xác phải luôn túc trực và chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo ngọn lửa cháy đều và rực nhất. Thông thường phải mất từ 4 – 5 tiếng đồng hồ thì xác chết mới thành nắm tro tàn.
Loại gỗ được sử dụng trong nghi lễ thiêu xác thường là gỗ trầm hoặc đàn hương, hai loại gỗ có mùi thơm đặc biệt khi đốt cháy.
Nếu khi đốt xác, hộp sọ người chết nổ tung, thì họ cho rằng điều đó mang lại may mắn cho những người đang sống.Nếu hộp sọ không nổ, thì đội thiêu xác cũng sẽ đập vỡ hộp sọ để mang lại may mắn cho gia đình người xấu số. Sau khi hoàn tất thủ tục hỏa thiêu họ sẽ mang tất cả tro, cốt, và quần áo của người chết đổ xuống sông Hằng.

Hiện giá thành củi đốt ngày một cao, khiến những gia đình nghèo không đủ sức tiến hành nghi thức hỏa thiêu cho người chết. Họ đã quấn sơ sài những xác chết và cứ thế thả về với ‘sông mẹ’.
Những người không được thêu là: Trẻ em, phụ nữ mang thai, người bị rắn hổ mang cắn và các bậc thánh nhân. Thay vì thêu họ sẽ quắn xác chết và cột đá rồi dìm xuống sông Hằng huyền thoại. Vì tâm hồn những người này còn trong sáng. Phần việc còn lại là những con cá to đùng và lươn chạch dưới lòng sông sẽ dọn sạch xác chết.
Sông Hằng ngày một ô nhiễm do người dân tin rằng hiện thân của nữ thần Ganga có khả năng tự thanh lọc. Những người bệnh và già sẽ hành hương đến Varanasi chờ chết để Đức mẹ rước về thiên đường và dc thêu xác rồi thả xuống sông.
Mùi cháy tử thi và không gian linh thiêng là một cảm giác không bao giờ quên.
