Oakridge is a city in Lane County, Oregon, United States. The population was 3,205 as of the 2010 census. It is located east of Westfir on Oregon Route 58, about 40 miles east of Eugene and 150 miles southeast of Portland. 1. Salt Creek Falls Oakridge
Salt Creek Falls is a cascade and plunge waterfall on Salt Creek, a tributary of the Middle Fork Willamette River, that plunges into a gaping canyon near Willamette Pass in the Willamette National Forest, near Oakridge, Oregon. The waterfall is notable for its main drop of 286 feet which makes it the third highest plunge waterfall in Oregon after Multnomah Falls and Watson Falls the second highest, which was re-measured in 2009 and found to be 293 feet rather than an earlier measurement of 272 feet passing Salt Creek Falls. The pool at the bottom of the waterfall is 20 metres deep.

Sunriver consists of residential homesites and common areas, recreational facilities, the Sunriver Resort and a commercial development known as The Village at Sunriver. The Sunriver Resort Lodge has hotel rooms, banquet facilities, a fine dining restaurant, and other amenities. Sunriver Resort manages four golf courses. Two are public and two are private . Crater Lake National Park, Oregon, USA in 4K (Ultra HD)

Crater Lake is a stunningly beautiful lake, formed in volcano caldera, after the volcano collapsed 7,700 years ago. The lake is deep almost 2000 ft/600 m, it is 5 mi/8 km across its shorter side, a little more on the longer one.
Enjoy views of the lake with its incredible blue color from a boat, from the top of Wizard Island, the Rim Trail and the surrounding peaks - Mt Scott, Garfield Peak and the Watchman.

Soaked, Wet, Oakridge, Oregon Bug Out

Fire started in the wet, soaked west Oregon rain. Basically get the little twigs full of resin (sap) and shake off the rain water, position a candle under bundle, it will eventually get going, and added larger pieces and after awhile you will have a fire. To keep it going, constantly baby it with more and more wood. Leave it alone for a a couple of hours, it can be completely drowned and you will need to start the process over again - it sucks, but can be done.
