Oceanport is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 5,832, reflecting an increase of 25 from the 5,807 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 339 from the 6,146 counted in the 1990 Census.Oceanport was formed as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 6, 1920, from portions of Eatontown Township , based on the results of a referendum held on May 11, 1920.New Jersey Monthly magazine ranked Oceanport as its 4th best place to live in its 2008 rankings of the Best Places To Live in New Jersey.

1. Monmouth Park Racetrack Oceanport
Monmouth Park Racetrack is an American race track for thoroughbred horse racing in Oceanport, New Jersey, United States. It is owned by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and is operated under a five-year lease as a partnership with Darby Development, LLC.Monmouth Park's marquee event is the Haskell Invitational, named after Amory L. Haskell. The Haskell was first run in 1968 as a handicap, but was made into an Invitational Handicap in 1981. It is now a 1⅛-mile test for three-year-olds run in late July. Monmouth Park also now showcases the Jersey Derby originally run at Garden State Park until its closure in 2001.

Six Flags Great Adventure is an amusement park located in Jackson, New Jersey, owned by Six Flags Entertainment Corp. Situated between New York City and Philadelphia, the park complex also contains the Hurricane Harbor water park. The park opened in 1974 under restaurateur Warner LeRoy. Six Flags took over ownership of the park in 1977. Today, the park contains eleven themed areas. In August 30, 2012, Six Flags combined its 160-acre Great Adventure Park with its 350-acre Wild Safari animal park to form the 510-acre Six Flags Great Adventure & Safari park, making it the second-largest theme park in the world, after Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Grounds For Sculpture is a 42-acre sculpture park and museum located in Hamilton, NJ, United States, on the former site of the New Jersey State Fairgrounds. Founded in 1992 by John Seward Johnson II, the venue is dedicated to promoting an understanding of and appreciation for contemporary sculpture by organizing exhibitions, publishing catalogues, and offering a variety of educational programs and special community events. In July 2000, GFS became a nonprofit organization open to the public. Operation revenues come from visitors, art patrons, donations, and grants. GFS maintains an ever changing collection of sculptures, with works by Seward Johnson and other artists.

Storybook Land is a 20-acre family amusement park located in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, United States. Opened in 1955, Storybook Land is located on U.S. Route 322, two miles west of exit 37 on the Garden State Parkway. The park is themed after many storybook characters such as Mother Goose, the Three Little Pigs, and many more. Some of its most prominent attractions are the J&J Railroad Train , the Happy Dragon, and Whily Bug the Ferris wheel. The Land of Make Believe has many of the standard amusement park rides such as Death the Coaster, a junior sized roller coaster, and the TurtleTwirl, a Tilt-A-Whirl.
