Pastrengo is a comune in the Province of Verona in the Italian region Veneto, located about 120 kilometres west of Venice and about 15 kilometres northwest of Verona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,486 and an area of 9.0 square kilometres .The municipality of Pastrengo contains the frazione Piovezzano. Pastrengo borders the following municipalities: Bardolino, Bussolengo, Cavaion Veronese, Lazise, Pescantina, and Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella. Pastrengo is known for the Battle of Pastrengo which was fought between the Piedmontese and Austrian armies on 30 April 1848, in the course of the First Italian War of Independence.

Lago di Tenno is a lake at Tenno in Trentino, Italy. At an elevation of 550 m, its surface area is 2.5 km². The lake was formed around the year 1100 following a large landslide that blocked the course of the river Rì Sec, which is currently the main tributary of the lake. In the southern portion of the lake there is a small island. The level of the lake varies over the years depending on the flow rate of the tributaries. In the years when the level is low this island becomes a kind of promontory. This area is protected by the Autonomous Province of Trento as a biotope.

Verona is one of the most beautiful cities you can visit while your Italy Trip. The city of Romeo and Juliett offers you a big range of attractions and sightseeings and for sure a big variety of italian finest food. Walking through the old city is a big joy and everything you want to see is easy to reach by a short walking distance. There are some things you should not miss while your stay in Verona. Make sure to find your time to vist the Castlevecchio Museum and its amazing bridge Ponte Scaligero. It is worth a visit. Located in the north of italy it is easy to get to Lake Garda in very short time or you take the train and ride to Venice for a beautiful daytrip.

Verona ist eine der schönsten Städte, die man in Italien besuchen kann. Die Stadt von Romeo und Julia bietet eine Menge an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Touristen Attraktionen und natürlich auch leckerstes italienisches Essen. Innerhalb des historischen Stadtbereichs ist alles relativ einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt so ein paar Dinge, die man in Verona nicht verpassen sollte. Zum einen der Besuch des Castlevecchio Museums und natürlich die wunderschöne Brücke Ponte Saligero sollte man sich unbedingt anschauen. Verona befindet sich im nördlich Teil Italiens und es nicht weit zum Gardasee. Man kann aber auch mit dem Zug einen Tagestrip nach Venedig machen sowie viele weitere Ziele innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichen.

Peschiera del Garda is a resort town at the southern tip of Italy’s Lake Garda. The 16th-century Porta Verona is one of the gateways in the old city walls that ring the historic center. The Palazzina Storica Museum houses frescoes and WWI objects. Across the Mincio River, the Madonna del Frassino Sanctuary features 16th-century cloisters. Water birds inhabit the nearby Lago del Frassino nature reserve.

Placed at the most southern end of the lake where the river Mincio begins its charming course, Peschiera del Garda is a tourist centre which offers hotels, campsites and holiday villages. Easy to reach by all means of transport, like trainline Venezia-Milano, its very popular among people who like to link a holiday by the lake with the discovering of its surroundings, full of vineyards, or of the flourishing countryside of Mincio valley, even by bycicle.

Its special attraction is the old town centre, which lies in the middle of an enormous fortress in the shape of a five-pointed star and completely surrounded by water. From Peschiera you can easily reach both the most important fun parks of the area and the famous cities of art Verona, Brescia and Mantova.
