    Prangin Mall is a shopping mall in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. It is located at Prangin Road , next to Komtar Tower, and is linked to both Komtar and neighbouring 1st Avenue Mall via overhead skybridges. It was opened to the public in 2001 as Phase 3 of the Komtar project. The shopping mall faces competition from the newer 1st Avenue Mall, and today, Prangin Mall caters mainly to lower- and middle-income earners. To date, the twin condominium towers, each measuring a height of 155 m , are the third tallest skyscrapers in Penang.The shopping mall's main anchor tenant is TGV Cinemas, which operates a multiplex at its top floor. Initially planned as Phase 4 of the Komtar project, 1st Avenue Mall was eventually developed by a private developer and opened to the public in 2010. Upon its completion, it competes directly against the adjacent Prangin Mall and has since attracted a variety of well-known international fashion brands, including H&M, Skechers, Cotton On and Victoria's Secret.At present, the mall has two anchor tenants - Parkson and TGV Cinemas.
