Polýaigos is an uninhabited Greek island in the Cyclades near Milos and Kimolos. It is part of the community of Kimolos . Its name means many goats, since it is inhabited only by goats. Along its longest axis, it is 6 kilometres and among its shortest 4.3 kilometres wide. It has a surface area of approx. 18 km2 and a coastal length of 22 to 27 kilometres . It is very close to the island of Kimolos and to the island of Milos . There are two mounts, Stroggylo which rises to 330 metres and Psilo Vouno . The island is to a great extent privately owned by the Greek Orthodox church, which sublets parts of it to local herdsmen from the nearby islands of Milo...
