5. Scheveningen Pier
The Scheveningen Pier is a pleasure pier in the Dutch resort town of Scheveningen near The Hague.
Opened in 1959, the current pier is the second in the town, the first being lost just after, and as a result of, the Second World War.
4. Madurodam
Madurodam is a miniature park and tourist attraction in the Scheveningen district located in the hague.
It is home to a range of 1:25 scale model replicas of famous Dutch landmarks, historical cities and large developments.
3. Louwman Museum
The Louwman Museum is a museum for historic cars, coaches, and motorcycles located in the hague.
The museum has the largest collection of cars in the world from 1910 or older.
2. Escher Museum
The Escher Museum is a museum, featuring the works of the Dutch graphical artist M. C. Escher located in the hague.
In the rooms of the museum are fifteen chandeliers made by the Rotterdam artist, Hans van Bentem.

Hotel: We stayed at Hotel Central, beautiful old building on the market square. Good room, friendly people and amazing breakfast!
Sweets:
Tum Tum Old Dutch Candystore - my favorite since I was a little kid
Zammateo - where you get some of the best Italian icecream you ever tasted
Bossche Bol - Jan de Groot. Duh, he is famous! The sweets in his shop seriously sell out, sometimes you have to order them. But they got them on many terraces.
Going for lunch: Korte Putstraat. Cute little street, also great at night!
St. Janskathedraal - amazing by day and beautiful by night.
NOTE 2016 is the year of Jeroen Bosch (Jeroen Boschjaar) since he died 500 years ago. Some special events are happening this period :)

Madurodam- Mini Holland
Madurodam is a wonderful attraction park that replicates in miniature many of The Netherlands' most famous buildings and structures. Located in The Hague, it's an easy hour trip from Amsterdam by train. Marvel at the intricate details of the castles and churches and help steer ships through Rotterdam harbor. Dom Tower, Rijksmuseum, Dam Square, Muiderslot Castle, Palais Het Loo, Erasmus Tower, the Swan Bridge are all here. Jumbo jets taxi to and fro in Schiphol Airport and the NS and Thalys trains are all on the move. Perfect for adults and kids alike, Madurodam is a great way to learn about and enjoy The Netherlands through their incredible models.
