Shengzhou , formerly Shengxian or Sheng County, is a county-level city in central Zhejiang, south of the Hangzhou Bay, and is the south-eastern part of the prefecture-level city of Shaoxing. It is about 1.5 hours drive from the provincial capital of Hangzhou through the Hangzhou-Ningbo, Shangyu-Sanmen Expressway. At the 2010 census, its population was 679,762, but 1,060,206 lived in the built-up area made of Shengzhou City and Xinchang County largely being conurbated.

The Guoqing Temple is a Buddhist temple on Mount Tiantai, in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Originally built in 598 during the Sui Dynasty, and renovated during the reign of the Qing Yongzheng Emperor , the temple is located roughly 220 kilometres from the city of Hangzhou. It was the initial site for the creation of the Tiantai school of Mahayana Buddhism, founded by Zhiyi . The temple covers an area of some 23,000 m2 and features 600 rooms in a total of 14 different halls, including the Grand Hall of Sakyamuni, the Hall of Five Hundred Arhats and the Hall of Monk Jigong. The exterior of the building features Chinese pagodas such as the Sui Pagoda, the Seven Buddha Pagoda, and the Memorial Pagoda of Monk Yi Xing .

This is a video of Zhengzhou's new district, or Zhengdong, which has been called China's largest ghost city. But the reality is that it's actually not very ghost like at all. In fact, parts of this massive district that's the size of San Francisco are coming alive and starting to thrive. Construction on this district began around 2004, and the place is just now becoming suitable for real habitation. The international media jumped the gun by calling Zhengdong a ghost city. India, Pakistan and China - countries with so many differences and issues since decades, but as a human being it was indeed a moment of realization for me that and indian and pakistani are not much different and have so much in common

During my trips across the world i come across people of many nationalities, and this time i happened to meet Mr. Adnan from pakistan, at that point of time in a country like china, and i realised although our countries have so many political differences but at the end of day we are all humans and we all live same life.

there were alot of places in zhenhzhou where you could find muslim food or halal food and we came across this amazing place located near Erqi square, just adjacent to a masjid, and the people of masjid assured us that this place serves only halal food, thus we had food with utmost peace.

surprisingly the food was great and delicious, we had been eating food without any salt or spices and just vegetarian food for almost 10 days of our trip untill we found this place, we ordered so much food and asked them to make it completely spicy.

iam not judging chinese food, infact i myself love chinese food..but unfortunately i have had all my life, indian version of chinese food which is adapted for indian taste buds and this sudddenly the ethnic chinese food didnt appeal to us untill we had the food here.
