    Sentosa, previously called Pulau Blakang Mati, is a resort island in Singapore. It was once a British military base and a Japanese prisoner of war camp, and many Chinese were found killed on its beach during the Japanese occupation. The island was renamed Sentosa and turned into a tourist destination in 1972, and it is now home to a popular resort that receives some twenty million visitors per year. Attractions include a 2 km long sheltered beach, Fort Siloso, two golf courses, the Merlion, 14 hotels, and the Resorts World Sentosa, featuring the theme park Universal Studios Singapore and one of Singapore's two casinos.

    The Helix Bridge, officially The Helix, and previously known as the Double Helix Bridge, is a pedestrian bridge linking Marina Centre with Marina South in the Marina Bay area in Singapore. It was officially opened on 24 April 2010 at 9 pm; however, only half was opened due to ongoing construction at the Marina Bay Sands. It is located beside the Benjamin Sheares Bridge and is accompanied by a vehicular bridge, known as the Bayfront Bridge. The entire bridge was opened on 18 July 2010 to complete the entire walkway around Marina Bay.

    Istana Wooden York, more popularly referred as Istana Woodneuk , is an abandoned two-storey palace at the former Tyersall Park bound by Holland Road and Tyersall Avenue near the Singapore Botanic Gardens in Singapore. It was currently in its dilapidated state and its surroundings were covered by thick vegetation. The dilapidated palace as well as the land it sits on is a private land still belong to the State of Johor, it is not charted on most modern maps and currently out of bounds to outsiders. The former palace had commonly been confused with the demolished Istana Tyersall due to its proximity, which was located on another hill not far away. The difference with the roof tiles of these former palaces is that Tyersall was red while Woodneuk was blue.
