UPDATE: From Gothic/Crested Butte, the hike has a 4000ft elevation gain (reaching 13000ft at one point after starting about 9k in Gothic) and dipping down 1000ft again when you reach Conundrum Hot Springs to make it 3000ft above Gothic.

CORRECTION: Metal Sculptor Sean Guerrero himself wrote in (so cool!) to clarify that the knight/dragon representation is actually OPPOSITE than what I cited at the end of the video. The knight represents the little guy and the dragon is The Man aka the corporate entity.

I grew up skiing in Snowmass Colorado because our family has a small condo there. Snowmass and Buttermilk are probably the best resorts for families.
