The mall is located on Red Cliffs Drive, between Interstate 15 exits 10, Green Springs Drive, and 8, St. George Boulevard . Managed by Brookfield Properties Retail Group, it has four department store anchors, a Megaplex movie theater and over 60 retailers.The original anchors were J. C. Penney, ZCMI, and Walmart, with Sears joining in 1997. Dillard's later took over the ZCMI location, and relocated to the former Walmart space after Walmart vacated the mall in 2002.Sears closed in 2017. A large H&M store opened in the fall of 2018.
