Innerdalen is a valley in Sunndal Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. In 1967, the valley was established as Norway's first nature reserve. The valley and nature reserve begins at the village of Ålvundeid by the Norwegian National Road 70 in the west and stretches approximately 25 kilometres to the east to Innerdalsporten. It lies within the Trollheimen mountain range.The valley is regularly visited by mountain climbers. Some of the mountains include Store Trolla , Skarfjellet , and Innerdalstårnet . For glacier hiking, there is a glacier on top of Kongskrona called Vinnufonna. Tingvoll is a municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is part of the Nordmøre region. The administrative centre is the village of Tingvollvågen. Other villages include Meisingset, Kvisvik, and Torjulvågen. The municipality covers a peninsula on the mainland as well as a few surrounding islands. Norwegian National Road 70 and European route E39 both run through the municipality. The 337-square-kilometre municipality is the 262nd largest by area out of the 422 municipalities in Norway. Tingvoll is also the 260th most populous municipality in Norway with a population of 3,109. The municipality's population density is 9.7 inhabitants per square kilometre and its population has increased by 0.8% over the last decade.

Facts:
Snota is a mountain in Trollheimen, in Surnadal municipality in Møre og Romsdal. The main peak has a height of 1 668 meters above sea level and is the highest point in Surnadal municipality. About a kilometer north of the main peak is a lower peak of 1,562 m.

The top is easily accessible from Gråsjøen or Trollheimshytta on the marked path. Another variant is to take the walk from Vindøldalen. At the same time there are several climbing routes to the top from the south. The top is characteristic and can easily be seen at a long distance, for example. from the heights of the Trondheim area. On the eastern side of Snota is a glacier called Snotbreen.
