Tílos is a small Greek island and municipality located in the Aegean Sea. It is part of the Dodecanese group of islands, and lies midway between Kos and Rhodes. It has a population of 780 inhabitants . Along with the uninhabited offshore islets of Antitilos and Gaidaros, it forms the Municipality of Tilos, which has a total land area of 64.525 square kilometres . Tilos is part of the Rhodes regional unit.Popularly, Telos was the son of Helios and Halia, the sister of the Telchines. Although KEA could be one of the most fancy and popular islands of the Cyclades, she has quietly decided to remain silent and mysteriously out of the competition of beach bars and touristic setup. Although she is the closest island near Athens, where someone would expect that the island would live out of the tourists, this seems not to be the case.

Φύγαμε ξημερώματα απ' τη Νίσυρο, ακριβώς όπως είχαμε φτάσει, με ένα ολόγιομο όμως φεγγάρι αυτή τη φορά να λούζει τα πάντα στο φως. Το λιμάνι της Τήλου μας περίμενε σε απόσταση 35 ν. μιλίων προς τον σορόκο. Μιάμιση ώρα ταξίδι, με το Blue Star Patmos, και λίγο πριν ο ήλιος πάρει τη σκυτάλη απ' τη σελήνη, εμείς αποβιβαστήκαμε στα Λιβάδια. Περισσότερα :
