Krampuslauf München 2017 - Best of... the Munich Krampus Run (Part 1) Rund 25 Krampusgruppen aus Bayern, Österreich und Südtirol präsentierten sich auf Einladung der Münchner Gruppe Sparifankerl Pass mit rund 400 Teilnehmern am Sonntag, 10. Dezember 2017, von 15.00 – 17.00 Uhr beim großen Krampuslauf. Gefährdet sind besondern junge, hübsche Frauen am Wegesrand, die gerne mit den mitgeführten Reisigzweigen leicht geschlagen werden.
The members of “Sparifankerl Pass”, Munich‘s first “Krampus and Perchten group”, dress up in archaic costumes, take a thrilling run across the Christmas Market and show up in the most unlikely places. Especially popular is the tradition of the so-called “stampers”. The Krampus target young women, in order to affectionately stroke them with their birch rods.
