Vermiglio is a comune in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 40 kilometres northwest of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,884 and an area of 103.7 square kilometres .The municipality of Vermiglio contains the frazioni Pizzano, Fraviano, Cortina, Borgonuovo, Stavel, Velon and Passo del Tonale. Vermiglio borders the following municipalities: Peio, Ponte di Legno, Ossana, Pellizzano, Giustino, Spiazzo, Strembo and Carisolo.

Lago di Tenno is a lake at Tenno in Trentino, Italy. At an elevation of 550 m, its surface area is 2.5 km². The lake was formed around the year 1100 following a large landslide that blocked the course of the river Rì Sec, which is currently the main tributary of the lake. In the southern portion of the lake there is a small island. The level of the lake varies over the years depending on the flow rate of the tributaries. In the years when the level is low this island becomes a kind of promontory. This area is protected by the Autonomous Province of Trento as a biotope.

I'll always remember Val di Sole, Italy

Those summer days with your parents when you were a kid. Remember how vivid the memories are? I can recall and relive them in all their colors. Even after all these years. Travel shaped me from the moment I was able to walk and taught me how full of beautiful places this world is.

Joshua, Jennifer and Mahal were guests in Val di Sole, playing around beneath the majestic Italian Dolomites. It really is one of the best places to create memories you'll never forget.

Insieme agli italiani sarà presente anche il team della Nazionale femminile svizzera di slalom e la Squadra canadese maschile, sempre di slalom.
