If you are wondering about things to do in Cape Town or things to do in south africa then this is definitely it. But make sure you go with someone who knows what they are doing. These Table Mountain mine tunnels were super fun.
The Vredehoek tin mine operation was short-lived, 1910-1912, employed a staff of 100 people at one stage and was listed on the Cape Town Stock Exchange – Sammy Marks was reputed to have been a shareholder.

We visited the South African Breweries in Newlands, Cape Town. They have a fantastic tour available for R80 that gives you scientific as well as historic insight in the brewing process at the cape. The tour takes you from the arrival of ingredients right through to the bottling and distribution and is followed by a tasting and two complimentary beers of your choice. Its a must do tour in Cape Town for beer lovers.

Auf Weltreise in Kapstadt - Einkaufen, Sightseeing, Bo-Kaap - Südafrika | VLOG #160
Aktuell sind wir ja auf Weltreise in Kapstadt und an diesem Tag kam dann alles etwas anders als geplant. Diesmal wollten wir Kapstadt erkunden und zuvor noch rauf auf den Tafelberg. Bevor wir mit dem roten City Sightseeing Bus fahren wollten, sollte uns also die weltbekannte Seilbahn auf den Tafelberg herauf bringen, aber leider war es zu windig und sie fuhr an diesem Tag nicht.
Die Tour mit dem City Sightseeing Bus war sehr schön und es gibt 3 verschiedene Linien, welche man fahren kann.
Bei uns waren es die Linien rot und gelb, da die blaue Linie zeitlich leider nicht mehr gepasst hatte!
Später ging es für uns auch noch in Richtung Bo-Kaap, zu den bekannten bunten Häusern (Kamera nicht vergessen!). In diesem Viertel hatten früher die Sklaven der Holländer gelebt.

We had a close call with a baboon in south africa during a drive to cape point and a visit of the beautiful cape of good hope. Many people ask are baboons dangerous and are baboons aggressive. All we can say is that baboons are naughty and we have never heared of a baboon attack humans.

The Cape of Good Hope is a rocky headland on the Atlantic coast of the Cape Peninsula, South Africa. A common misconception is that the Cape of Good Hope is the southern tip of Africa. This misconception was based on the misbelief that the Cape was the dividing point between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Guess I am victim of this false info too.
