4. Watch a movie in IMAX at Beacon Theatres (Cortez Blvd, Brooksville) There are great movies from the new ones to the old ones. Ticket starting 3 dollars If you like going to the movies this theater is great for the family.
3. Chinsegut Wildlife and Environmental Area
Chinsegut is unique among Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation center. Take a walk and listen for frogs, owls, flying squirrels, bats, and other nighttime wildlife.
2. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park
The mermaids of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park have delighted visitors since 1947. Today, visitors can still witness the magic of the mermaids, take a river boat cruise and canoe or kayak on the Weeki Wachee River. The 538-acre park features a first magnitude spring and a 400-seat submerged theater for watching the live mermaid show.

A 3-acre park on the Gulf of Mexico Includes beach and swimming area, picnic tables, shelters, barbecue grills, observation point, volleyball court, playground and concession stand . If you want to have a day and relax with the family this is the place to visit.

Weeki Wachee Springs - A Must Do in Florida!
A mermaid show, waterpark, boat ride, and crystal clear water all for a great price! Weeki Wachee Springs is a must do for any family visiting the area. It's definitely worth the drive to check out! Being our first visit we learned a few lessons and have some valuable tips to offer you. As always, if you have questions or comments, we'd love to hear from you below!
Monopod
I managed to find 3 of the ones I currently have on Amazon, but my favorite Brand isn't there anymore, but I found one pretty close and that would be the first one. The second would be for heavy duty underwater, like scuba, so no need to get this right away. The third is a great monopod, but I don't necessarily like the ball head at the top. I like that it's not a gopro attachment, so I don't have to us an adaptor but it's not as quick action when I'm adjusting pitch all the time for selfie to front facing. The last one I just picked up and haven't done much with yet.
