    The Folklore Museum of Kastoria, in the northern Greek city of Kastoria, is housed in one of the city’'s oldest townhouses, the Nerandzis-Aïvazis residence near the lake. The museum has been operating since 1972, and is run by Harmony . The two-storey premises were built between the 16th or 17th centuries, and survived in such good condition that the museum was able to open without restoration. All the original furniture is still present. On the ground floor, there are three cellars: the wine cellar contains the wine press, wine barrels and baskets for the grapes; another stored pickles, oil, olives, preserves, butter, and cheese, and the third contained cereals, pulses and flour.     The Aiani Archaeological Museum is a museum in Aiani, West Macedonia, Greece. Although the museum was inaugurated in 1970, with a collection of antiquities of the ancient city but in 1983 a number of major additional finds meant that the museum had to be expanded considerably to house the new objects. Excavations revealed the existence of an organised city dated from the 2nd millennium BC to 100 BC, when it was abandoned, probably after an earthquake. Important architectural members have been uncovered, graves and cemeteries, dating from prehistoric times to the Late Hellenistic period.     The Archaeological Museum of Veroia is one of the most important archaeological museums in Macedonia, Greece. The museum was established in 1965 in a building constructed especially for the purpose in Elia, one of the loveliest parts of the town. Finds from the Palaeolithic to the Ottoman period are displayed in its three halls. The Neolithic finds come from the settlement at Nea Nikomideia, which is believed to be the oldest known permanent settlement in Europe. The Iron Age finds come from the cemetery of Vergina.
