After 12-14 of heavy wet snow fell on the Eugene area, the community was dealing with an array of problems. Going southbound on I-5, was stuck in a line of traffic heading southbound behind a row of snow plows. Shortly after I exited the freeway, they shut down the Freeway at that location going southbound. In this package there are traffic scenes, deep unplowed side streets, emergency workers driving through the snow, good samaritans helping tow a car, a jackknived semi, etc. Also is a shot of Autzen Stadium.
