A bit different than the normal van life crap i keep banging on about lol. hope you slags enjoy my surfing skils, yeah i know good enough to be pro! you too kind.
We parked and slept in the car park on Fistral Beach. Its £8.50 to park for the whole day and the evenings are free, however it does say no sleeping in your vehicles but when we slept there nobody noticed or said anything and we were clearly in a camper. We also spotted another 3-4 vans parked up for the weekend in the car park without issue. This was in peak summer season so i guess its not an issue to park there. In total we paid £25.50 for the weekend. They have showers, toilets, shops, bars & restaurants all on the beach so you really dont need to leave the beach all weekend :)

Who are we?
We are Sara and Stephen, a UK mum and son based in a small English town near Liverpool.
In 2017 we sold most of our things, we quit our job and school and set off on an adventure of a lifetime to South East Asia.
We are passionate about travel, adventure, compassionate living and creating your dream life. After over a year of full time travel Stephen decided he wanted to attend public school back in the UK so our full time travel adventure came to an end and we settled back into life in cold, rainy England.
We are now a foster family and currently have 3 young children living with us Squirt, Curls and Minnie (not their real names!)
We try to pack as much family adventure into our days as possible and share videos from fantastic family friendly places around the world.

Fistral Beach Newquay - We took a walk
September 2018 and Fistral Beach Newquay the afternoon started cloudy but you will see it did improve with blue sky.
No matter what time of year this is always a dramatic place to visit.
Fistral Beach has an extensive RNLI lifeguard presence from April until October, with busy weekends at the start of winter still patrolled.

The sun was out, and the first swell in a while, so lots of surfers out grabbing what they could.
Medium waves, but pretty clean.
Boardmasters 2013 -Surfing competition - Fistral beach, Newquay, Cornwall, UK
The 2013 Boardmasters UK Pro Surf Tour at Fistral Beach, Newquay was a highly successful event with the likes of Daniel Ross (New South Wales, AUS) - current ASP WQS ratings' number one, Eric Rebiere (Biarritz, FRA) - former ASP World Tour competitor, John Florence (Oahu, HAW) - a rising Hawaiian star, aged 17, Wiggoly Dantas, Boardmasters defending champion (BRA), aged 19 and Ruben Gonzalez (Carcavelos, PRT) - ASP European veteran, aged 29.
On the day the competition was hot and spectators had an extravaganza of surfing expertise.

Yo I went Surfing in Newquay, Fistral Beach!!!! I loved every minute of it, it was hard but I did it!! I feel so proud of myself! Guys I guess I just wanted to say do what makes you happy, do what makes you feel young! Live your life and regret nothing cause life is too short!
Please let me know if you all love these Travel Vlogs and I will keep them coming! But for real Cornwall is the place to be in England! Don't be fooled though... it's not cheap it might be cheaper for you to go to Spain or something lol
