Stephanie: Yes, yes.
Woman 1: Nice to meet you.
Stephanie: Good morning everyone. My name's Stephanie. I want to welcome you to the City Wonder's VIP Pompeii and Sorrento tour.
Woman 2: The best thing about today I think it was definitely the trip to Pompeii. That guide was great and funny. It was easy to ask questions, and I just saw so much more than I expected. Fantastic.
Stephanie: I love this tour because coming to the Sorrento is like magic. The coast is beautiful. The town is super charming, and there's just something very special about being here.
Woman 2: It's great to have such a small group. It means you really bond with people. I've made so many friends today.
Stephanie: I think the best thing about the VIP Pompeii and Sorrento tour is that you come by high speed trains so you arrive really quickly. You visit Pompeii with the local expert guide who whizzes you past the line, and everything's organized for you while you see the full sights of Sorrento.
Woman 2: I'd definitely give it a five out of five. I mean, it's impossible not to.

The ruins of Pompeii are about a 30 minute train ride outside of Naples, Italy. It is a fascinating site to visit, as it is more than just a few crumbling pillars in a field. It's a full-on ruined city which gives a really good idea of what life was like 2,000 years ago. Check it out!

Trip to Europe 2009 - Pompeii Ruins, Italy
Remarkable place, distroyed by an erruption of Vesuvius. According to the tour guide Vitto (aka Corleonne), it's been dug up about 4/5 by now. Everything of value is being removed and saved in different museums, but the place itself is incredible. Absolutely worth visiting. To the question of why they still live in the vicinity of the active volcano, they answer: We are crazy, of cause. Just like Californians... People of Napoli are your classic Italians: loud and funny, speaking with their hands, love music and gelato. Music by Shostakovich - Symphony No. 5
