7029 Clun Castle & 61306 Mayflower 'Bath Christmas Market' 1st December 2019
Great set off start to December 2019 as there were two Steam Mainline tours would set out one from London and the other at near Birmingham which both of them is bound for Bath Spa for the Bath Christmas Market
The Locomotive hauled by GWR Collett Castle Class 7029 Clun Castle with Vintage Trains “Bath Christmas Market” from Solihull via Oxford and on the Great Western Mainline between Swindon to Bristol Temple Meads, Meanwhile the other locomotive was hauled by LNER Thompson B1 Class 61306 Mayflower with the “Steam Dreams Excursion” from London Paddington rubbing via Salisbury and then on the return via the Great Western Mainline.
First off into the video 7029 Clun Castle approaches into Chippenham station and at first i thought it will be thundering pass but slowed down and stopped outside the station as it seem to have gauging issues so it was crawling through and then opened up when it passed the station heading off to Bristol.
Second footage of 7029 on the return trip heading back to Solihull slowing arriving into Swindon Up Middle Line as there was a Service train infront taking its time, when the service train left it finally open up.
Third final footage of 61306 Mayflower hauling the Return which is seen flying through the Middle Line heading back to London Paddington.

Cotswolds, England Castle Combe, Malmesbury, Bibury, Stow, Slaughter, Bourton, Tetbury
The Cotswold district in south-central England is famous for its green rolling hills and especially for its honey colored stone villages. We’re starting our explorations in perhaps the most beautiful village in all of the Cotswolds and perhaps in all of England or the world for that matter -- it's Castle Combe, a perfect postcard village. Fortunately we've arrived early in the day in the off-season so it seems as if we have this little town all to ourselves we can appreciate the exquisite beauty of this special place without any crowds or distractions.

You Need To See These Places In Wiltshire
You Need To See These Places In Wiltshire// Wiltshire is one pretty county I'm telling you! Here are some places that are well worth a visit and I'm showing you only a tiny fraction.
If you're a fan of Poldark (who isn't?), you need to visit Great Chalfield Manor which is a National Trust property. And when it comes to quintessential English villages/towns, you will instantly fall in love with Bradford on Avon and Castle Combe. Did you know that Castle Combe has the most romantic hotel too? If you want to book a very special stay, I think The Manor House is perfect. Makes you think of the film The Holiday. I can already picture Amanda and Graham.
Hope you like the video.x

Chippenham Wiltshire
Chippenham is a market town situated in Wiltshire, England, which lies 13 miles (21 km) east of Bath
and 101 miles (163 km) west of London. In the 27 March 2011 census, the town's population was recorded at 45,337, superseding Salisbury as Wiltshire's second-largest town.
The town was established on a crossing of the River Avon and is believed to have existed as some form
of settlement since before Roman times. It was a royal vill, and probably a royal hunting lodge, under
Alfred the Great. The primary school, King's Lodge School, gets its name from this tradition.
The town continued to grow when the Great Western Railway arrived in 1841, and while historically a
market town the economy has changed to that of a commuter town.
The BBC's Antiques Roadshow opening sequence was shot at locations in Chippenham.

Vintage Red. 46233 Duchess of Sutherland. The Royal Duchy. 15th Sep. 2019
Like a good wine, summer is maturing into Autumn on this stunning last day of Royal Duchy tours, once again headed by 46233 Duchess of Sutherland. We start in the Tone Valley just west of Taunton where the Cider apple trees are heavy with fruit and the hedgerows laden with blackberries overhanging the foot crossing at Hillfarrance where we pick up the action. After emergency repairs following failure in Norwich last weekend the big pacific seems to be back on top form as she pounds past the neatly harvested wheat field reflecting the Autumn colours in her shiny L.M.S. livery (augmented by a vandalised coach!). Next to the River Teign where the lack of wind and retreating tide enable excellent sound recording as The Duchess powers by with one drain cock open and the spectacle of the steam operated coal pusher operating with a bang at intervals (thanks to Nick Garswood). Finally to Dawlish for an on time and surprisingly fast pass taken at track level in order to catch the last show of red for the day as we look up to witness a spectacular reflection of the fire in the exhaust. What a wonderful September day and a great way to end the season. Thanks to organisers, crews, support staff and of course, paying passengers (myself included) who keep mainline steam in the U.K. alive and the envy of the world.
