Kens Lake Trout Fishing in Moab Utah
It was 100 degrees. The water was warm. We thought we were going bass fishing... so we tied on 1/2 oz Rattle Traps! And we caught mostly 13-14 inch, aggressive, feisty stocker trout... along with a couple of bass and bluegill. The scenery at this lake is spectacular!

Video of Kane Creek Campground, UT from Mary P.
Arches National Park, Moab, Utah
-----------------------------------------
Mary P.'s Review on The Dyrt:
▶︎ Showers after a hot day
The campgrounds were basic, not many families. The sites had a good amount of space, picnic tables, fire ring, water, toilets and a sandy base to pitch the tent on. Not far from Arches National Park and just outside Moab so location was good.

Moab Utah Fly Fishing Day 1
Talked to a local about fly fishing. He pointed me here. It's CRAZY rough! You basically bush-wack, spend most of the day untangling and spooking the fish. They were all along this creek in between Beaver dams. Tough day fishing, but persistence paid off. Oh, and it was 101 degrees!
