We begin our journey as Action is leaving the world's number one restaurant—Copenhagen's Noma—and don't stop until we hit Chicago's Weiner Circle with Riff Raff. Along the way, we hit up a private barbecue at Amass, enjoy a private meal cheffed by Lee Tiernan, plow through the whole menu at Hot Doug's, and share some prime cuts with Coach Ditka.

Mais tout ça a été worth it, car nous avons été chez Jolibee, un fast-food populaire aux Philippines, et nous avons pu visiter les beaux monuments qu'offre cette belle ville. Nous irons ensuite dans plusieurs endroits, donc stay tuned ;-)!

Receita de Passatelli: MACARRÃO TÍPICO ITALIANO feito com farinha de rosca! [ Legendado T13 E53]
A típica pasta romagnola foge da usual combinação “farinha de grano duro e água” ou das massas com farinha de grano tenero e muitos ovos. A passatelli leva farinha de rosca e muito queijo parmesão deixando a massa bem porosa, ótima para agarrar bem os sabores do molho.
Quem nos ensinou a fazer essa pasta típica italiana da região da Romagna Toscana foi a querida chef da TV italiana Alessandra Bazzocchi que é proprietária do Restaurante La Campanara ao lado do seu esposo Roberto Casamenti.

Mitchell Davis is the executive vice president of the James Beard Foundation, a cookbook author, a food journalist, and a scholar with a Ph.D. in Food Studies from NYU's Department of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health. His academic work focuses on restaurants, media and taste, particularly how restaurant reviews influence taste. At the Beard Foundation, Davis has spearheaded Sustainability on the Table, a national dialogue on sustainability and public health in the foodservice industry that culminates in an annual conference of thought leaders. In addition to his work at the Foundation, Davis frequently writes about and reviews restaurants. He holds a chair on the academy of the London-based World's 50 Best Restaurants program. He has written four cookbooks, most recently, Kitchen Sense (Clarkson Potter), and he is a regular contributor to the Art of Eating and Gastronomica. His T.V. appearances include Food Network's Food(ography), Throwdown with Bobby Flay, and Best in Smoke, on which he is a regular judge.

Their eight grandchildren who are French in every sense of the word, have more money, free time, culture and interests. All of them find solice in Lucy, always. Lucy's garden is what Lucy has sown: her loves, fears and regrets.

Lucia nasce in un paesino di montagna e, rimasta orfana, trova lavoro al filatoio. Si fa una bella ragazza e sposa il boscaiolo Battista. Non c'è lavoro, emigrano, e mettono su casa in Francia, nel piccolo villaggio di Tréminis. Lucia, a 83 anni, ripercorre la sua storia. Lei e Battista, figli della miseria nel primo dopoguerra. Un mondo piccolo, solo due anni di scuola, famiglia e chiesa. I loro figli sono liberi e indipendenti, ma in fondo più soli e fragili. I nipoti, francesi a tutti gli effetti.
