We slept in a Japanese Arcade Mall | Higashiosaka Vlog
My friend Taylor (link below) and I went to Higashiosaka to try out a new kind of hotel, food and activities in the area.
This city is a host for the Rugby World Cup, but here's what we got up to:
SEKAI HOTEL FUSE
Takigyo at Oujyouin Rokumanji-Temple (往生院六萬寺)
Rugby Shaped Hana Ragu Manju from Kinuya
(「絹屋」の花ラグ饅頭)
Hanazono Rugby Stadium
(花園ラグビー場)
Wagashi Confection Course at Shiraho
(「白穂」の和菓子づくり体験)
Special thanks to Taylor B for helping me film!

Hi! My name is Loretta, a girl from the U.S. who moved to Japan! I'm here on the MEXT scholarship program as a graduate student, studying to get a Masters in Business Administration. Here are some answers to common questions:
1. Do I Speak Japanese? Yep! I was taught formally in High School and have been speaking now for over 15 years.
2. What are you studying? I'm a student in a Japanese Masters of Business Administration Program
3. How old are you?:
4. How did you get into Japanese school?:
5. What camera equipment do you use?: I film my videos with a Canon 60D using a 30mm Sigma Art Lens and I edit with Sony Vegas Pro 10 (with some help from photoshop).

Japanese Traditional Metal Craftsmanship | Kitchenware | Tsubame Sanjo - Japan Vlog
Japanese Traditional Metal Craftsmanship | Kitchenware |Tsubame Sanjo
jvlogger - vlog No. 45 Japan Vlog
Labour Thanksgiving Day (November 23)
This video is about Japanese Traditional Craftsmanship and Kitchenware.
Last week Friday we had Labour Thanksgiving Day (November 23). The original name is niiname-sai harvest festival. It was a Friday and we left already on Thursday mid day because we feared driving through Tokyo Thursday evening might be too much.
My husband is deeply connected with his family and whenever we can, we will visit his family in Echigo-Yuzawa. So we went there and as usual had a great time. From there we took a day trip to Tsubame Sanjo. It took us approx. 1.5 hours with the car.
Tsubame Sanjo is famous for Japanese Traditional Craftsmanship, especially Metal and Kitchenware.
So this video is basically a window shopping guide to this area and if you do not have the chance to go to Niigata, at least you can see what they have. Or if you want to go to Niigata, you get an idea from this video to visit this place.
Maybe a travel idea.
