Trujillo Tours -
Trujillo is called the city of eternal spring because of its near excellent weather condition year round with sunny skies as well as 70 degree temperature levels. Found on the north coast of Peru it is a historic city in a location that has been populated for countless years. It might be this excellent environment that has made it so delightful.
Trujillo tours offer to travelers the possibility to discover charming beaches, renowned culture, along with archaeological sites like the Moche's Huacas del Sol y la Luna (Temple of Sunlight and Moon), the largest pre Colombian city in the Americas, Chan Chan. Trujillo is an amazing destination and it’s friendly people make it a fantastic place to spend a couple of days while visiting Peru's Kingdom's of the North.

Arequipa + Colca Canyon tour; Peru
Exploring the 2nd largest city in Peru and taking a two days tour in Colca Canyon. It has been recorded in March 2019 and I've structured it in a travel preview/sample format for people who plan to visit (and not only) to get an idea of what they can expect to see and do here.

????Our detailed Colca Canyon Guide:
It was a grueling 2 day trek (it is the deepest & accessible canyon in the world after all), but we felt so accomplished in the end! If you’re thinking of going on this adventure on your own, we hope this video inspires you and provides useful insights!
◻ Our itinerary
Arequipa – Cabanaconde – San Juan – Cosñinhua (overnight) – Sangalle (pass through) – Cabanaconde
◻ Accommodation in Colca Canyon
Outside of the peak months of August and September, it is easy to find an accommodation in the various villages of Colca Canyon without pre-booking. This allows you to be more flexible and adds to the adventure! Just make sure you load your Google Maps with some guesthouse options and download it offline.
We had marked in our map a guesthouse called Mauricio & Rufina located in Cosñinhua. They rent basic yet comfortable rooms and the best part is that they prepare meals made with organic vegetables they grow on their farm. We thoroughly enjoyed having dinner with them and learned quite a bit about life in the canyon. We paid 30 soles for one night in a double bed that included a delicious dinner.
If you decide to stay in Sangalle, we are told Oasis Paraíso is the best place to stay. Rooms start at $25 USD/night. Check reviews and book here:

????Thinking of booking your accommodation via Airbnb instead? Here’s a $40 USD discount code to use on your first booking! (Invite link, not sponsored)

PERU'S MOST UNDERRATED WHITE CITY // Should You Visit Arequipa? // Peru Travel
Should you visit Arequipa? 100 percent YES! Before coming, I had never heard of Arequipa, and I am so glad we made the stop over. Visiting the old city capital has such a quaint feel, and admiring the cobblestone streets and beautiful, white, volcanic rock buildings is worth the visit alone. However there are a few other things and places to see while in the city!
Lets be friends!

Trip to Peru 2019
Katie and I traveled to Peru for two weeks to see Machu Picchu, I got hit really bad with altitude sickness and had to miss the first day of the Salkantay Trek but I was able to rally and do all the other days. It was a lot of fun exploring Peru.
We visited Cusco, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, Aguas Calientes, Arequipa and a few other places.

Arequipa - Things to do | Barranco Lima | Peru Travel Series - Last Ep
Arequipa was listed as one of the best cities to visit by Lonely Planet. Hence we made sure we made a stop here, even if for a few hours. It is also called the White City of Peru because of all the white colonial buildings made of sillar. It is also covered by three volcanoes, and one of the best activities to do here, if you have more time than us, is to hike the Colca Canyon!
Later, after exploring Arequipa, we spent half a day in Miraflores Lima, and then an hour checking out the murals and wall graffitis at Barranco. Best 1 hour walking around Lima ever. This is also the last travel vlog from my Peru Travel series, but I have one more video coming up on the Peruvian food.
