KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA: the Petronas twin towers + Suria KLCC | Vlog 1
What to do in Kuala Lumpur? The Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC Malaysia were certainly at the top of my list. You ride the elevator to the top floors of the world's tallest twin towers and view KL from high. So beautiful! After the tour, enjoy Suria KLCC shopping mall with a range of high-end shopping and restaurants for all budgets and tastes. Already loving Malaisia!
The KLCC Petronas twin towers are located next to KLCC Park, a beautiful park where you have the most amazing views of the twin towers. A spectacular first day at KLCC Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur

► WHO AM I?
Short answer: I am a Brazilian journalist living in the United States. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged the life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
Detailed answer: ????
P.S.: The guy who occasionally appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and is extremely camera shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time ;-)

SHOPPING in PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS Mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia // 174
The Petronas Twin Towers, the ninth largest building in the world, houses, among many things, a six-story shopping mall! Here I go, trying to find an outlet adapter amidst everything one could possibly buy.
The Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia are an integral part of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. They stand tall and shiny as the symbol of the city and the country. The Petronas Twin Towers have a skybridge accessible only for a fee of 85+ ringgit ($21+). However, the Suria Mall in this giant in the center of KLCC is open to all. There are two food courts, several floors of shops, and just about anything you could imagine finding in the Petronas Tower Mall.
Outside the Petronas Twin Towers is a beautiful fountain and a lengthy park. Another video is to come about the park outside the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur.
I did find the outlet adapter! And I also found an Auntie Anne's. I love Auntie Anne's pretzels from back home, but I never allowed myself to buy it because it's always overpriced. However, with the generous exchange rate to ringgit, a standard combo from Auntie Anne's in the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur is only a couple dollars! Win.
If you're visiting Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Petronas Twin Towers are a must-see. If for no other reason than your instagram followers will never forgive you for not taking the classic chin-down selfie in front of these mammoths.

In this video, I went to do quick vlog about the twin towers but unfortunately I was not able to due to sold out tickets. Although I was not able to go above, but I was able to catch glimpse of the beautiful architectural design.

Petronas Twin Tower Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Travel Guide Hindi KLCC Suria Mall Tour
It was our first day in Kuala Lumpur and we decided to visit the world famous Petronas Tower, KLCC Park, KL Tower and Bukit Bintang.
We used the LRT to travel from KL Sentral to KLCC station which drops you just below the Petronas Tower. It's a cheap and convenient way of exploring Kuala Lumpur and it's surrounding area like Batu Caves and Putrajaya!
It was raining heavily that day ! Watch the video to know what we did next!

PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS TOUR | What to do in Kuala Lumpur
Locals and tourists will definitely enjoy the Petronas Twin Towers Tour. This 45-minute (or so) tour will take you to the Skybridge followed by the observation deck (86th floor) where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city.
I took my Mum here as it was her birthday recently! I went to the ticketing counter located on the concourse level of the Petronas Twin Towers (not Suria KLCC) at 9am to purchase my tickets for the 1pm tour.
Advanced purchase is no longer necessary, but to avoid disappointments, just purchase early! :)

Kuala Lumpur Shopping & Petronas Twin Towers Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
A day in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. First stop is shopping followed by a visit to the Petronas Towers of Kuala Lumpur or Petronas Twin Towers.
Lots of decisions to be made during my day in Kuala Lumpur and I have a very specific shopping list linked to what I need to pack when I am travelling, will I find what I'm looking for in the various Kuala Lumpur shopping Malls? Or will I get completely lost?
I think I have discovered another use for shopping malls in the hot climate of Kuala Lumpur (other than shopping), but it's never quite that simple is it?
Do I or don't I climb the most famous towers in Malaysia, the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur? It's a long way up but a Petronas Twin Tower visit is one of the highlights of a visit to Kuala Lumpur.
On the way back down from the top of the Petronas Tower the Petronas Twin Tower elevator takes less than one minute to reach the ground floor from floor number 83!

The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The Petronas Towers were the tallest buildings in the world for six years, until Taipei 101 was completed in 2004. The height of the towers is measured to the top of their structural components such as spires, but do not include antennas. Spires are considered actual integral parts of the architectural design of buildings, to which changes would substantially change the appearance and design of the building, whereas antennas may be added or removed without such consequences. The Petronas Towers still remain the tallest twin buildings in the world
Petronas Twin Towers + First Time in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
*Watch in HD
I'm very sorry about the wrong flag that I posted in this video and for not double checking it. It's a very honest mistake. Sadly, I cant take down the video since i already deleted all my raw files and cannot do the whole travel vlog again. Lesson learnt! Thank you so much for your comments and observation and again I am very sorry.
Since it's my first time in Malaysia and I have 30+ hours layover, I decided to visit the very famous Petronas Twin Towers by myself since almost all of my colleagues decided to stay at the hotel.
Going to Petronas Twin Towers by myself and what are the OBSTACLES that I faced in this travel vlog, LOL. In this video you will gain the courage to go alone, roaming around Kuala Lumpur by yourself while people are looking at you because you are talking to a three-legged camera.
It's been challenging yet so exciting for me since it's my first time in Malaysia; also super tiring since I just came from a flight and been up for 24hours already. I also had no one to talk to ( just the camera that I'm holding during this vlog) thus, I feel more more drained.
In my opinion, Petronas Twin Towers are very beautiful at day time but it's more captivating and appealing at night! Also, you don't need to worry about low light photos since the surrounding of Petronas Twin Towers are well lit.
To know more about my discounts, Kindly comment down below :)
Enjoy Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysia: Food and Travel | Petronas Twin Towers in KLCC | E-56
#malaysia #kualalumpur #foodandtravel
Soaring to a height of 451.9 metres, the 88-storey twin structure is Kuala Lumpur's crown jewel. Majestic by day and dazzling at night, the Petronas Twin Towers is inspired by Tun Mahathir Mohamad's vision for Malaysia to be a global player. Together with master architect Cesar Pelli, the international icon powerfully captures the nation's ambitions and aspirations.
The PETRONAS Twin Towers symbolises Malaysia’s culture and advancement on the world stage. This is shown by a blend of local art and cutting-edge innovation. The interior motifs are a reflection of local handicrafts and weaving patterns, while stainless steel and glass combine beautifully as Islamic patterns.
The design of each Tower's floor plate is based on simple Islamic geometric forms of two interlocking squares, creating a shape of eight-pointed stars. Architecturally, these forms describe important Islamic principles of unity within unity, harmony, stability and rationality. The tower resembles the Qutub Minar in many ways, another marvel, which is located in New Delhi!
The towers are 'intelligent' structures, built with a system that seamlessly coordinates telecommunications, environment control, power supply, lighting, fire and smoke control, and building security.
We spent two half days at the KL City Centre. You can visit shopping and dining in Suria KLCC during day time and watch the mesmerizing colourful fountains against the backdrop of Petronas Towers in the evening.
The Twin Towers top the list of the must visit sights in Kuala Lumpur!
