=====EPIC MASAI MARA KENYA SAFARI VIDEO DETAILS=====
This Masai Mara Kenya Video will depict exactly what kenya safari is like!
This is how our Masai Mara Safari Adventure unfolded…
We booked our kenya safari maasai mara Package from this company called Maragates.com. All the payments were done online. That it could be scary to transfer over this amount of money over the internet but it was safe and reliable. The company has been operating for more than 10 years and they take very good care of their customers! We departed from Nairobi at around 8.30 am and we reached Maasai Mara at around 4pm.
We went for an afternoon game drive after we left our luggage in our tents and the Safari Kenya Masai Mara adventure began! The tents were budget accommodations but definitely decent to stay. We had our own ensuite bathroom and we could even hear cattle grazing just besides us. The Mara adventure was epic! It was surreal to see so many animals that we are not used to seeing in such a short lapse of time! It was different to see these animal in their own natural habitat! This is unlike a zoo. It’s much better. The animals are not held captive and are just going around doing their daily business! It was beautiful to see! The reserve itself is BIG! There is so much ground to cover and so many animals to see! It was a fulfilling first day and day number 2 was even better! Also, we made new friends in the van and it was a good time bonding with them. All of them were super friendly and nice.
????????=====SPECIAL DISCOUNT ????======
This is another reminder, if you are looking for a 100% Kenyan Safari Experience or the best value Maasai Mara Safari Kenya, you can get a discount if you are our subscriber. That is on top of the already competitive pricing by Maragates (the company we booked). For more instructions on how to claim, click this link:

• East Africa has always been known as the top wildlife safari destination on the planet.
• What makes Kenya and Tanzania a more attractive destination for wildlife safari seekers is its close proximity to Europe & the US compared to other southern African countries like South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
• Africa is the world's second largest continent, and is four times the size of the U.S. In fact, in surface area, Africa is larger than the USA, Europe, China and India combined! It is therefore extremely unfortunate that the western media often treats Africa as a single cohesive entity.
• There certainly are parts of Africa that are not safe for travel, but it is very misleading to think of this as representative of the entire continent.
• East Africa is by far one of the most peaceful, democratic, and economically stable parts of the continent. It is increasingly considered to be one of the safest destinations for western travelers by virtue of the United Nations headquarters, for the African region, being located in Kenya’s capital of Nairobi.
• While thousands of U.S. citizens visit Kenya and Tanzania each year without incident, caution and keen awareness of one’s personal security situation is still important.
• Additionally all travelers are subject to the local laws even if they are a not citizens of these countries.

Trip to Nairobi - Africa- Misconception cleared
Beautiful and breathtaking, not what I had expected.
RIDING AN OSTRICH IN NAIROBI KENYA
Visit us at
Things to do in Nairobi, Kenya are typically overlooked by tourists. Nairobi has a reputation, albeit negative, and is referred to as Nairobbery by locals and the biggest and baddest city in Kenya by outsiders. Such impressions leave the uninitiated with the assumption that Nairobi is not a good place to visit and quite frankly, it's unfair. Nairobi is a beautiful city that is fairly safe under broad daylight and malaria-free by night. It is a tropical destination, but not quite, as it makes a wonderful appetizer to African wildlife and culture.
One of the things to do in Kenya is to have an African safari. In fact, millions of people come to Kenya every year to experience this most coveted African adventure. What most of them do not realize is that they don't need to leave Nairobi to have a safari. The city is home to the Nairobi National Park, the only wildlife park within the downtown area, accessible by taxi or bus.
An attraction in Nairobi that offers opportunities to encounter African wildlife is the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust located inside Nairobi National Park. For around an hour between 11 AM until 12 NN, you can watch keepers give young orphaned elephants and rhinos their daily baths.
The Langata Giraffe Center is another must-see attraction in Nairobi where you can see African wildlife, notably giraffes. It is located on the western end of the city. The Giraffe Manor Hotel is adjoined to the Nairobi attraction, where giraffes are free to stick their heads into the hotel windows.
Riding an ostrich is also one of the most enjoyable and unforgettable things to do in Nairobi, Kenya. An ostrich is admittedly a common species of bird found in zoos all over the world, but Nairobi is one of the few places that give you the opportunity to ride them! Never underestimate these giant birds as they are known to have the fastest land speed for any bird. Ostriches can reach speeds of up to 43 mph.
Apart from riding an ostrich in Nairobi, Kenya you can also opt to ride a matatu. A matatu is basically a public transport minibus. What makes a matatu different from a regular minibus is that it's usually pimped out with fluorescent lights, blaring sound systems, and their very own televisions. The matatus are painted with iconic personalities like Michael Jackson. Riding a matatu is definitely an experience worth having for any traveler and one of the top things to do in Nairobi, Kenya. You get to experience an African subculture and only have to pay for it in cents.
If you're looking for a more luxurious (and arguably safer) experience than the matatu, why not ride the Jambo Kenya Deluxe? A $50 ticket will get you first class privileges as well as enjoy amazing views of the surrounding scenery. The luxury ride will take you through the Nairobi-Mombasa line which is regarded as one of the world's best rail trips.
Speaking of the scenery, don't forget to see the Rift Valley. The savanna is home to African wildlife and some inspiring geological features. The Rift Valley also has its history for having the earliest human settlements. Thus, taking a trip to Rift Valley is one of the top things to do in Nairobi, Kenya for anyone who wants to see African wildlife and scenery.

Kenya Safari. Masai Mara and Hot Air Balloon Flight from Governor's Camp
#Kenya #safari #hotairballoon
Kenya Safari. Hot Air Balloon Safari in Africa. Amazing Balloon Safari over Masai Mara. Kenya and its capital Nairobi have been a love of mine for almost forty years. I have a special affection for the trip across the Rift Valley to the magnificent Masai Mara National Reserve, teeming with zebra and other wildlife and scene of the famous annual wildebeeste migration. I have flown over the Mara reserve and the Mara and Sand River many times in a light aircraft, but never in a hot air balloon. For a magical hour, I flew with friends in a hot air balloon on Christmas day 2017 over the vast plains of the Mara with views as far as the Serengeti National Park. Needless to say, I took my cameras.
