Auli Uttarakhand | Best Skiing Spot in India | Heaven on Earth!
What is the best time to visit Auli?
The best season to visit Auli is all through out the year. Tourist attraction in Auli is Snow Skiing and is best during November to March. May to November offers cool and pleasant climate and the right period to spend relaxing moments in the outdoors. December to February is snow bound and chilly.
Auli is a Himalayan ski resort and hill station in the north Indian state of Uttarakhand. It’s surrounded by coniferous and oak forests, plus the Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat mountains. A long cable car links Auli to the town of Joshimath. North of Auli are the colorful Badrinath Temple, a Hindu pilgrimage site, and the Valley of Flowers National Park, with its alpine flora and wildlife like snow leopards and red foxes.
How to Reach Auli

Visiting the TAJ MAHAL a WORLD WONDER + Day Trip to Fatehpur Sikri | Agra, India
On my fourth day in India I teamed up with Tours by Locals to explore the Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri. Tours by Locals in Agra:
TRAVEL HUSTLE REPEAT GEAR ►
MY FILM MAKING KIT ►
The best way to get to Agra from Delhi is to take the high speed train which is called the Gatiman Express. It take's only 90 minutes to get to Agra. The train runs everyday (except Friday) at 8:10 am.
When I arrived Shanoo my Tours by Locals guide picked me up and took me straight to the Taj Mahal. This is the most beautiful building in the world! It is my 4th wonder and it was truly amazing!
After that we went to Handicraft Marble Industries to see how the same families that made the Taj Mahal still put inlays in to marble. This is definitely a must visit after seeing the Taj Mahal.
Lastly we headed to Fatehpur Sikri a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is located around a 45 minute drive South West of Agra. Fatehpur Sikri was founded as the capital of Mughal Empire in 1571 by Emperor Akbar, serving this role from 1571 to 1585. It was abandoned in 1610. If you have two days in Agra then you have to go visit Fatehpur Sikri!
I hope you loved this video! Have you ever been to the Taj Mahal or any other of the seven wonders of the world or Fatehpur Sikri?

INSANE 36 Hour TRAVEL DAY Across 3 Continents - Ahmedabad to Miami (via Mumbai and Frankfurt)
Back in November of 2018, I went on the trip of a lifetime: a nearly three-week excursion through seven of India’s most incredible cities: Pune, Hyderabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. Spending eighteen days immersing myself in the local culture, visiting stunning cultural and historical sites, meeting lots of amazing people, and of course, enjoying the fantastic cuisine, had me in travel heaven. And I got to do it all with my good friend and travel buddy Sam from Samuel & Audrey!
Subscribe to Sam & Audrey:
After eighteen days on the ground in India, I couldn’t believe my epic trip was at an end. It was bittersweet for sure; I didn’t want to say goodbye to this incredible country, but I also couldn’t wait to get home to see my beautiful wife and daughters back in Miami. This is my journey to get from Ahmedabad to Miami, by way of Mumbai and Frankfurt, Germany!
My Film Making Kit ►
My insane, tri-continental journey back to Miami began at 3 p.m. when Sam and I requested an Uber and headed off to the Ahmedabad airport. I say it all the time and I mean it: Uber is the best way to get around India. After a quick, 30-minute ride, we arrived at the airport and tried to check in, but we were so early that they were still closed! While we waited, Sam and I reminisced about our whirlwind adventure and got some delicious, piping-hot chai.
The Ahmedabad airport is really nice: it has two levels, eight gates, and tons of restaurants to enjoy. After a sudden gate change, we boarded our flight to Mumbai! You have to love the unpredictability of Indian airports!
After a short and smooth flight, we were back where our journey began: Mumbai. Four hours after a quick detour to shoot an amazing video you’ll see later, we arrived back at the airport to say our goodbyes. I couldn’t have done this amazing trip without my brother Sam, who made this the most incredible, life-changing experience ever. And I have to give a massive thanks to every single person who made our trip easier, including all of our amazing city guides. Thank you for making this such a smooth and memorable experience!
And just like that, I was off to Frankfurt, Germany! It was an 8-hour flight, but thankfully the plane was only half-full and I had the row all to myself, so I stretched out and tried to relax as best as I could, and took a nice, long nap!
With a 3-hour connection in Frankfurt, I went in search of some beer and some food. I was starving! I sat down at Anton & Anni at Gate Z57, where I had a nice Indian ale. I love German beers. It was amazing! I followed that with two German sausages with some bread, which was the perfect German breakfast.
After my meal, I hopped on my flight to Miami. I couldn’t wait to get home. Thanksgiving was the next day and I couldn’t wait to spend it with my family.
The flight was super smooth, and after a 36-hour travel day across three continents, I was back in rainy, humid Miami.
I hope you enjoyed this video of me traveling across three continents to get back home to Miami! If you did, please give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. Also, please subscribe to my channel and click the notification bell so you don’t miss any of my upcoming food and travel content!

WORLD'S BIGGEST MIRROR | Uyuni Salt Flats, Bolivia
THIS ADVENTURE MADE POSSIBLE BY: Kuoda Travel
/// The Bolivian Salt Flats in Uyuni, Bolivia are one of the most beautiful and unique places we've ever been! They are the biggest in the world (10,000 square kilometers of salt!). We drove 70 miles in the middle of the flats and had a gourmet picnic, and then hiked on an island that has formed on top of the flats. We ended the day with a gorgeous sunset and settled in our salt hotel for the night!

Dimori cove in kigwema, Nagaland
Nagaland is a state in the far north-eastern part of India. It borders the state of Assam to the west, Arunachal Pradesh and part of Assam to the north, Burma to the east and Manipur to the south. The state capital is Kohima, and the largest city is Dimapur. Nagaland, the 16th state of the Indian Union, was established on December 1, 1963. It is divided into eleven districts: Kohima, Phek, Mokokchung, Wokha, Zunheboto, Tuensang, Mon, Dimapur, Kiphire, Longleng and Peren. It is a largely mountainous state, inhabited by the Naga tribes. Agriculture is the most important economic activity in Nagaland. Principal crops include rice, corn, millets, pulses, tobacco, oilseeds, sugarcane, potatoes and fibres. Other significant economic activity includes forestry, tourism, insurance, real estate, and miscellaneous cottage industries.
Nagaland is largely a mountainous state. The Naga Hills rise from the Brahmaputra Valley in Assam to about 2,000 feet (610 m) and rise further to the southeast, as high as 6,000 feet (1,800 m). Mount Saramati at an elevation of 12,552 feet (3,826 m) is the state's highest peak; this is where the Naga Hills merge with the Patkai Range in Burma. Nagaland is rich in flora and fauna. About one-sixth of Nagaland is under the cover of tropical and sub-tropical evergreen forests—including palms, bamboo, and rattan as well as timber and mahogany forests. While some forest areas have been cleared for jhum cultivation, many scrub forests, high grass, reeds; secondary dogs, pangolins, porcupines, elephants, leopards, bears, many species of monkeys, sambar, harts, oxen, and buffaloes thrive across the state's forests.
The sixteen main tribes of Nagaland are Angami, Ao, Chakhesang, Chang, Dimasa Kachari, Khiamniungan, Konyak, Lotha, Phom, Pochury, Rengma, Sangtam, Sumi, Yimchunger, Kuki and Zeliang. The Konyaks, Angamis, Aos, Lothas, and Sumis are the largest Naga tribes; there are several smaller tribes as well. Tribe and clan traditions and loyalties play an important part in the life of Nagas. Weaving is a traditional art handed down through generations in Nagaland. Each of the tribe has its own unique designs and colours, producing shawls, shoulder bags, decorative spears, table mats, wood carvings, and bamboo works. Among many tribes the design of the shawl denotes the social status of the wearer. Some of the more known shawls include Tsungkotepsu and Rongsu of the Ao tribe; Sutam, Ethasu, Longpensu of the Lothas; Supong of the Sangtams, Rongkhim and Tsungrem Khim of the Yimchungers; the Angami Lohe shawls with thick embroidered animal motifs etc.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started “travel hacking” and taking more trips together and finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and travel hacking over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016. We started this YouTube channel to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling. So we extended our 1 year trip to THREE years :) Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before Nate turns 30 (which is March 20, 2019)! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)
