Herserange – ASMR Rain sound into an abandoned factory – The symphony
This is a one hour sound of the rain onto the gigantic roofs of an abandoned factory. This warehouse is the Herserange wire drawing plant, located in Lorraine, France. It has been in a state of abandonment for 20 years. In 1965, Longwy area was the lifeblood of 26,000 steelmakers. Today, absolutely everything is dead. Areas are devastated, gloomy and morbid.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to make a poetic visit, since I had the rare and precious opportunity to record the rain in all its forms. The gigantic hangar offers a very large subject, with many roof waterproofing defects.
I made two albums of this place : a one-hour continuity of rain sound (the concerto) and a one-hour compilation of various rain sounds (the symphony).
Here is the sound of the symphony.
I - Mezzo forte II - Largo ma non troppo III - Presto IV - Spiccato V - Intermezzo VI - Andante VII - Allegro VIII - Scordatura IX - Fortissimo X - Martellato XI - Con allegrezza XII - Coda
