ESCP Europe's Master in IFBM Company visit: Aceto Balsamico & Parmigiano Reggiano
Thanks to the hands-on approach of ESCP Europe, IFBM students learn directly from top managers of F&B companies.
IFBM students went to Aceto Balsamico Giuseppe Giusti, the oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar in Italy and in the world. They learned about the production process of this prestigious balsamic vinegar and tasted different aged varieties.
Another impressive experience was the description of the production process of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano. The ESCP Europe Master in International Food & Beverage Management students visited the Caseificio Baganzolino, one of the dairy of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium.
