Head south to diminutive coastal Montenegro on this day trip from Dubrovnik. Take a scenic drive on the southern Dalmatian Coast and experience small Adriatic villages and towns, including the UNESCO-listed Kotor, situated in Europe’s southernmost fjord. Admire Sveti Stefan, a medieval island turned luxury hotel, and spend some time in Budva, a walled medieval town on the sea, like a mini Dubrovnik. Finish with a ferry ride back to Dubrovnik. Get picked up at your hotel in Dubrovnik and then hop inside the air-conditioned vehicle to make the drive south to Montenegro. Drink in the views of the Adriatic Sea and the Dubrovnik Riviera and learn about the history and culture of the area from your local guide. After crossing the border to Montenegro, twist and turn with the road, going around the large Bay of Kotor, and passing through charming villages along the way. Then stop in Perast, a lovely town at the base of St Elijah Hill. Consider taking the optional boat ride to Our Lady of the Rocks island to check out the baroque-era church (at own expense). The next stop is Kotor, situated in a fjord and one of the most eye-pleasing Montenegrin towns. Once there, begin a walking tour that goes throughout the squares and narrow cobbled streets, taking you to historic churches such as the Cathedral of St Tryphon. Then take some free time to do some wandering — consider marching up the 1,350 steep steps to the San Giovanni Castle for an incredible view and photo opportunity — or sit down for a drink or a snack (at own expense). After Kotor, drive down the coast further until you reach Sveti Stefan (St Stephen). Once a medieval fishing village with a small inlet connecting it to the mainland, Sveti Stefani is now a luxury hotel. After gawking at the island-turned-resort, head to Budva, a 15-minute drive north of Sveti Stefan. This gorgeous walled city on the sea boasts attractive beaches and narrow cobbled streets. Take some free time to explore or sit down for a meal (at own expense). Take a ferry ride across the Bay of Kotor and then enjoy a final scenic drive along the coastal roads of Montenegro to end your day. You’ll be returned to your Dubrovnik hotel.

We had to Split (Croatia) - Exploring the Ancient Roman Palace in Split
We had to Split (Croatia) - Exploring the Ancient Roman Palace in Split
Split is probably the second most popular city in the Croation coast, after Dubrovnik, and a Croatia tourism hotspot, with lots of cruise ships stopping by in the summer and even a few in winter. Because our accommodation was on Hvar island, we just did a day trip to this ancient Roman palace. (Though, when we ended our Croatia trip, we picked our car up at the airport, but that hardly counts). The weather was very pleasant for December and the street markets were going as well as the Christmas huts along the waterfront. Split get's busy because if it's history as Diocletian's last residence and the fact that the city has basically grown in, out, and around the old ruins. That said, we had a wonderful time exploring the back streets and ancient roman palace as well as climbing the very tight stairs of the tower. The view was stunning.

WHAT TO DO WHEN ARRIVE DUBROVNIK AIRPORT 杜布罗夫尼克 /ドゥブロヴニク
This video is about what I did when I arrived in DBV. It has some tips and advice on what to do when you arrive. Hope this help you to have a smooth start to your vacation.
Day trip on a speed boat to some islands from Split in Croatia
With a company called Adriatic Transfers we booked a day cruise starting from the harbour in Split Croatia, first stop was an Island called Bisevo, and checked out the Blue Cave, awesome indeed but swimming prohibited in the cave. Second was Island of Vis visiting Stiniva Cove, a small beach through narrow rocky formation, just a quick look did not swim. Also on Vis was the Green Cave which we checked out but did not swim either. Some daring folk were jumping off the entrance of the cave above, not sure but about 10 metres or more high. The next place was so beautiful I could have stayed there all day, but we just swam there fo 30 mins, water so clear, I loved it but have no Idea what it was called, was just a lagoon off one of the small islands between Vis and Hvar. Then we arrived at an Island resort called Palmizana which we had lunch in a lovely outdoor restaurant and afterwards swam in the little beach, which was delightful and really relaxing. Finally the Island of Hvar visiting the Old town of the same name. Lots of big expensive boats in the harbour, holy moly. Sad to go but back to Split as the sun slowly lowers back into the sea. I really did enjoy this day cruise and crammed in heaps but I think next time I would definitely do a longer cruise and stay on some of the islands longer and enjoy the lagoons they have to offer.
Croatia 2016 - VLOG_4 || Boat Tour + Roomtour
--- VIEW DESCRIPTION FOR DETAILS ---
To keep myself busy on this class trip I decided to set a goal of one vlog per day. That was sometimes tough but overall a fun experience. Also I think it helped me improve my confidence infront of a camera...
Special thanks to this guy for additional footage and some camera work:
Also thanks to everyone else who was holding my phone for me here and there :P

On day 4 I decided to make a roomtour in the morning, the rest of the day was spent on that boat trip. The island we visited on thetrip was pretty nice but the long way to get there and then get back wasn't worth it. The boat was called glass boat but it actually just had some windows underwater (there I got the underwater shots). It was a rip-off though since you couldn't see anything for 99% of the time...
In the evening we decided to skip the rather bad food at the hotel to eat scampies which had a reputation to be very good. They were good but nothing too spectacular. I wouldn't order these again though because it is just too much work to get them out of their shell.

These vlogs are very different from my usual content but keep in mind that these were not only produced for my channel but also for friends and family... I just thought that some of you might enjoy these videos anyway so why not upload them, right?
