Anna Ruby Falls are found in Unicoi State Park in the Chattahoochee National Forest in Helen Georgia, USA.
You take a simple, paved trail about half a mile) from the visitor center to the falls. There is a bit of incline walking to the falls, but the hike in is well worth it. There are some beautiful streams most of the way coming from the water falls.
Be sure to stay on the path are there are snakes in the area, including the rattle snake. There are two calls, the 153 foot Curtis Falls and the 50 foot York Creek Falls. The shorter falls are much more apparent as the taller waterfall is high and semi-hidden.

Located in the Chattahoochee National Forest, the water at the bottom of these falls becomes part of Smith Creek which flows into and forms Smith Lake - the centerpiece of Unicoi State Park.

Spectacular Anna Ruby Falls lies in the heart of the Chattahoochee National Forest. A paved 0.4-mile footpath leads from the parking lot to the base of the falls. Walking is easy to moderate and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. There is a fee of $3.00 per person (ages 16 & up) to visit Anna Ruby Falls. Anna Ruby Falls is open daily (weather permitting) from 9AM - 6PM. Nobody admitted on the trail after 5PM.
Ambitious hikers will find the 4.6-mile Smith Creek Trail a challenge. This longer trail leads from the base of Anna Ruby Falls to Unicoi State Park.

Chasing Waterfalls - Anna Ruby Falls, Helen, Georgia
Anna Ruby waterfalls is located in the White County near Helen, Georgia and is part of the Chattahoochee National Forest.
It is a three and half hours drive from the city of Atlanta.
It is open all year round from morning 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
$3.00 Admission fees is charged for persons aged 16 and above.
The trail is about three quarter of a mile and is completely paved.
It is also one of the four waterfalls present in the Northern part of the state of Georgia.
