Przed wieczorem w niedzielę 24-03-2013 do Łodzi przyjechał idol nastolatek Justin Bieber. Najpierw przed hotelem, na mrozie oczekiwały go najwierniejsze fanki. Niestety idol wszedł ukradkiem do hotelu tylnym wejściem. Fanki nie rezygnowały i oczekiwały że Justin choć na chwilę do nich wyjdzie skandując: We want Justin! We want Justin! Niestety idol już nie wyszedł.Na drugi dzień w dniu koncertu, fanki od 6.00 rano okupowały halę Atlas Arena w której o 19.30 rozpoczął się wielki koncert. Na 3 godz. przed koncertem tysiące fanek wpadło w ekstazę. We want Justin! krzyczały, Śpiewały niektóre z jego ulubionych utworów. Niektóre z dziewcząt omdlałe i nieprzytomne musiały korzystać z pomocy ochrony i pogotowia. Panował wielki tłok i ścisk. Wielbicielki Justina nie mogły się doczekać koncertu.
Łódź jako jedyne w Polsce miasto gościło tego fenomena z Kanady.
